BBB FINAL Submitted Landlord Complaint On Bozzuto, Inc

EVERY DAMN TIME I LEAVE, THEY VANDALIZE! I HAVE TO THROW OUT THE SAUERKRAUT JAR THAT THEY VANDALIZED! POURING OUT ALL THE JUICE AND PROBABLY POISON!
This is a jar they didn't mess with. The sauerkraut is tasty and has good color. Bubbles confirm the fermenting.
This is the tampered sauerkraut! Made by hand, with lots of fresh thyme -I have been poisoned here so I wasnt going to take a chance! I have to throw it out!

This is what a healthy jar looks like! They probably opened it and poisoned it! They have vandalized this apartment so much!
Proof they obviously tampered with the jar. I wish good business people in China would buy this place!
They emptied the juice out. The lid was open also! So now I have to throw this out because they have poisined me here! They never changed my doir lock when I moved in abd the stupid manager of the building saud in court, "We didn't have to change her lock; she can trust us" I argued, "Trust? You are trying to illegally evict me now and you say trust?" The CONSPIRING judge snapped back to ME, "I am striking your statement!" I said, "Of course, all you are doing is conspiring with them anyway!" Fortunateky the hearing was called for a recess because judge potato head got a phone call - most likely from Hon.Colin Powell himself! Basically telling him to do his job! These courts are so corrupted! I won the case yet the $13,500+ balance they claimed I owed from FRAUDULENT BILLING remained in the books for two years and increased to suit their whims. Yet they got a court order to remove it. Then resumed their damn fraudulent billing all over again!

Update - on Complaint submitted: BBB first said it was processed, admitted no response, then said : "Your complaint is unintelligible"
Which is not even a freaking word! They said they would mail me the letter they sent electronically. I got nothing!

I found a letter from Bozzuto, which used this address. Therefore I had to resubmit the complaint.

Complaint Acceptance Guidelines
If a complaint meets the following criteria, it must be accepted by BBB and treated as a complaint for purposes of reporting.
BBBs typically do not impose additional requirements, such as requiring that complaints meet a certain monetary threshold. And, while BBB’s strongly encourage consumers to first contact the business, a complaint will not be rejected because the consumer declines to do so.
Better Business Bureaus accept all complaints that meet the following criteria:
• The complaint includes the complainant’s full name, with either the postal address OR an email address and postal code.
• The complaint includes the business’s name and provides sufficient information to contact the business.
• The complainant seeks assistance from BBB.
• The complaint is from a person (or a person’s authorized representative) or entity (business-to-business) that had a marketplace “relationship”.
• The complaint relates to a marketplace issue. Typically, the issue complained of must have arisen within the previous 12 months (Note: warranties/guarantees or other extenuating circumstances may supersede this criteria).
• The complaint alleges a problem experienced with the services or products the business provided or allegedly agreed to provide.
• The complaint is not in litigation when filed with BBB and has not been resolved by a previous court action, arbitration, or settlement between the parties.
• The complaint contains no abusive language or serious threats.
Marketplace issues do not include the following:
• Employer/employee disputes.
• Complaints about government agencies (administrative units of local, state, federal, or provincial government) unless they offer a commercial service establishing a buyer-seller relationship.
• Complaints against individuals who are not engaged in business (e.g., a person who sells his personal car through a classified advertisement).
• Complaints solely alleging discrimination or violation of similar statutory/constitutional rights.
• Complaints solely seeking criminal penalties or findings of criminal violations, such as:
• Robbery (such as a homeowner alleging that money, jewelry, electronics, etc. were stolen by a contractor who was working in their home).
• Assault/battery (complainant alleges company personnel threatened physical violence or caused actual physical harm).
• Extortion (the gaining of property or money by almost any kind of force or threat of violence or property damage).
• Vandalism (the intentional destruction of another person’s property).
• Trespassing (unlawful intrusion, even if property is not stolen or damaged).
Additionally, because BBB does not make findings of criminal violations or impose criminal penalties, BBB would not pursue complaints that seek solely to have company personnel fired, arrested, jailed, or prosecuted. However, BBB does accept complaints alleging business conduct that might also be considered a criminal violation, such as deceptive advertising, telemarketing fraud, pyramid schemes, identity theft or computer trespass.
The following are examples of what BBB would pursue concerning allegations of business misconduct:
• Deceptive advertising - ads that misrepresent the nature, characteristics, qualities or geographic origin of goods, services or commercial activities.
• Predatory sales practices - aggressive sales practices that involve misleading claims or prey on vulnerable populations (such as lengthy and expensive alarm service contracts that target senior citizens or short-term loans with hidden and exorbitant fees that prey on low-income individuals without access to credit).
• Telemarketing fraud - fraud perpetrated over the telephone by a person who is trying to trick a victim for financial gain. Examples include prizes/sweepstakes; advance fee loans; work-at-home schemes; pay-per-call services; slamming; magazine sales; credit card offers; lotteries; business opportunities/franchises; travel/vacations, etc.
• Pyramid schemes - the main characteristic of a pyramid scheme is that participants only make money by recruiting more members. Some pyramid schemes do not involve the sale of products. New participants pay a fee to participate and hope to profit by recruiting others into the system. Chain letters are an example. In product-based pyramid schemes, “distributors” buy products but few products are ever retailed to the public. All “distributors” recruit other distributors and are told they can receive commissions on the purchases of the chain of distributors “below” them.
• Identity theft - when someone steals your personal information and uses it without your permission. Common scams used to steal someone’s identity include work-at-home offers, rental schemes, phishing emails, overpayment scams, sudden riches (such as Nigerian letter scams), etc.
• Computer trespass - allegations that someone knowingly uses, causes to be used, or accesses a computer, computer service, or computer network without authorization. Computer trespass can occur by clicking on links in emails from unknown sources, clicking on links in pop-up windows, etc.
• Damage to or theft of personal property - allegations that, during the provision of a service, the business its employee damaged personal property or stole personal property. One example is a moving company that refuses to deliver a consumer’s possessions until the consumer pays an increased price.
Note: Patterns of complaint alleging criminal misconduct while performing services should be addressed with the business and documented with custom text in the BBB Business Profile.
• Complaints that challenge the validity of local, state, provincial, or federal law. For example, BBBs would not accept a complaint against a cable business seeking a change in rates set by law. BBB would accept a complaint against a cable business alleging its charges were inaccurately computed in accordance with applicable rates.
• Complaints seeking compensation for personal injury - BBBs do not handle complaints seeking compensation for bodily injury or emotional distress (this includes, but is not limited to: slip and fall accidents, ingesting food or other substances that cause illness, rashes, burns, or allergic reactions caused by use of a product, product defect accidents, mental distress or anxiety suffered as a result of a marketplace transaction, etc.). These types of complaints are more appropriately handled in the judicial system. While we would not address damages for personal injury, we would handle the customer service aspect of these complaints and allow the complainant to seek a refund.

I called that number and they told me to call another number, of the person who handles statuses. He returned my call and said there was no response to it. They exceeded their 7 days to respond - which most likely will result like Storequest: NOTHING
GET THIS, He said he would mail their response to me, since I told him Bozzutos stole my wallet, the charger to my laptop, and my personal notebook when I was stupid enough to go to their foodstore in this building. They also stole the packet of new sd cards and flash drives, value about $200! My files are very difficult to save due to TECHNOCRACY CYBER CRIME. I have to get a new flash drive or sd card! Yet they stole those as well as some sd cards that were full!
This ORGANIZED CRIME is constant here!For 10 years! The mafia has targeted me since I told one of their sex traffickers to leave me alone, he was a pig! Having no support by siblings who were out for themselves compounded my inability to ever feel safe in life after that!
He also said he would call.
This call was obviously being tapped by another line without my permission and they (the one I was speaking to and the tapper) changed the status right while I was talking to him - After 10 minutes in the call, BBB said they refused to process because my complaint was "unintelligible" - WTF
I told him that was obviously rigged and to mail me a hard copy since I don't have access to my gmail.
He said he would. Whether he he does or not is another matter.

Replace KING SIZE box springs to my QUEEN SIZE bed, WHICH ILLEGAL INTRUDERS VANDALIZED, STOLEN my Queen Size Boxsprings as an obvious retaliation for the bldg inspector attempting to evade inspection, and when I told him I heard him sneaking out there and come back - he abruptly left after just 5min and made no report, just saw my bed was in tact, and left! After this illegal intruders literally stole my boxsprings and replaced it with KING SIZE which does not fit the bedframe, endangering me, and I cannot sleep on it - for almost a year!
Note! This is all CRIMINAL ACTIVITY. The crime aspect is not addressed in this complaint.

A policy has no value if you don't know what the hell to follow! That is the trick the city I live in makes regarding HOUSING INSPECTIONS! THEIR CODES ARE SECRET! THEY MAKE THEM UP AS THEY GO ALONG AND CLAIM THEY ONLY HAVE TO POST ORDINANCES, WHICH HAVE NO LEGAL VALUE TO THE DAMN CODES! CODES ARE NOT REFERENCED! MY DOOR LOCK WAS NEVER CHANGED BEFORE I MOVED IN! THEY CLAIMED I WAS THE FIRST TENANT THOUGH THEIR BUILDING HAS RENTED IN FULL CAPACITY SINCE 2010; AND I MOVED IN JAN 2013! THEY LIED ABOUT AN INSPECTION BEING PERFORMED! THE HOUSING DIRECTOR IS A CAREER CRIMINAL, CATERING TO THE OTHER CROOKS IN CITY GOVERNMENT! NONE OF THEM CARE - THEY JUST WANT THEIR OWN WEALTH FED! MY APARTMENT WAS USED FOR HOOKERS AND SEX ORGIES/DRUG PARTIES! AND THEY KEPT THE SAME DAMN LOCK ON IT, I found out when they tried to illegally evict me on a case with no merit, which should not have been docketed! The manager, wearing a pregnancy cushion to make it appear she was prgnant when she wasn't, as a scheme for favoritism by the judge, and when the judge brought it up I said I didn't believe she was pregnant!

No competency, only Falsehoods!
It is illegal not to change the lock! Did Housing Care? No! They are run by pathetic, spineless crooks, that is why!
• BBB may edit my Complaint to protect privacy rights and to remove inappropriate language or other objectionable content.
In other words, they get paid off, and will alter your complaint. In my case, they are complete a$$holes and say it is a word that is not even in the dictionary:

OBAMA made up a lot of words to weazel his way through - as a puppet for the criminal underworld that actually has hijacked the US Gov!
• If I file a Customer Review with BBB on this business, my Complaint on this business will not be posted.
• BBB may use my contact information for verification purposes, and BBB may share information provided by me and the business with other BBB affiliates and organizations and with third parties (see BBB Privacy Policy).
I consent:
• To the sharing of my complaint and personal information with the U.S. Federal Trade Commission's Consumer Sentinel, which can be accessed by governmental agencies for investigating fraud.
The only reason why I consented was because they will delete my complaint, and I will have to do it yet a THIRD TIME!

Complaint Acceptance Guidelines
If a complaint meets the following criteria, it must be accepted by BBB and treated as a complaint for purposes of reporting.
BBBs typically do not impose additional requirements, such as requiring that complaints meet a certain monetary threshold. And, while BBB’s strongly encourage consumers to first contact the business, a complaint will not be rejected because the consumer declines to do so.
Better Business Bureaus accept all complaints that meet the following criteria:
• The complaint includes the complainant’s full name, with either the postal address OR an email address and postal code.
• The complaint includes the business’s name and provides sufficient information to contact the business.
• The complainant seeks assistance from BBB.
• The complaint is from a person (or a person’s authorized representative) or entity (business-to-business) that had a marketplace “relationship”.
• The complaint relates to a marketplace issue. Typically, the issue complained of must have arisen within the previous 12 months (Note: warranties/guarantees or other extenuating circumstances may supersede this criteria).
• The complaint alleges a problem experienced with the services or products the business provided or allegedly agreed to provide.
• The complaint is not in litigation when filed with BBB and has not been resolved by a previous court action, arbitration, or settlement between the parties.
• The complaint contains no abusive language or serious threats.
Marketplace issues do not include the following:
• Employer/employee disputes.
• Complaints about government agencies (administrative units of local, state, federal, or provincial government) unless they offer a commercial service establishing a buyer-seller relationship.
• Complaints against individuals who are not engaged in business (e.g., a person who sells his personal car through a classified advertisement).
• Complaints solely alleging discrimination or violation of similar statutory/constitutional rights.
• Complaints solely seeking criminal penalties or findings of criminal violations, such as:
• Robbery (such as a homeowner alleging that money, jewelry, electronics, etc. were stolen by a contractor who was working in their home).
• Assault/battery (complainant alleges company personnel threatened physical violence or caused actual physical harm).
• Extortion (the gaining of property or money by almost any kind of force or threat of violence or property damage).
• Vandalism (the intentional destruction of another person’s property).
• Trespassing (unlawful intrusion, even if property is not stolen or damaged).
Additionally, because BBB does not make findings of criminal violations or impose criminal penalties, BBB would not pursue complaints that seek solely to have company personnel fired, arrested, jailed, or prosecuted. However, BBB does accept complaints alleging business conduct that might also be considered a criminal violation, such as deceptive advertising, telemarketing fraud, pyramid schemes, identity theft or computer trespass.
The following are examples of what BBB would pursue concerning allegations of business misconduct:
• Deceptive advertising - ads that misrepresent the nature, characteristics, qualities or geographic origin of goods, services or commercial activities.
• Predatory sales practices - aggressive sales practices that involve misleading claims or prey on vulnerable populations (such as lengthy and expensive alarm service contracts that target senior citizens or short-term loans with hidden and exorbitant fees that prey on low-income individuals without access to credit).
• Telemarketing fraud - fraud perpetrated over the telephone by a person who is trying to trick a victim for financial gain. Examples include prizes/sweepstakes; advance fee loans; work-at-home schemes; pay-per-call services; slamming; magazine sales; credit card offers; lotteries; business opportunities/franchises; travel/vacations, etc.
• Pyramid schemes - the main characteristic of a pyramid scheme is that participants only make money by recruiting more members. Some pyramid schemes do not involve the sale of products. New participants pay a fee to participate and hope to profit by recruiting others into the system. Chain letters are an example. In product-based pyramid schemes, “distributors” buy products but few products are ever retailed to the public. All “distributors” recruit other distributors and are told they can receive commissions on the purchases of the chain of distributors “below” them.
• Identity theft - when someone steals your personal information and uses it without your permission. Common scams used to steal someone’s identity include work-at-home offers, rental schemes, phishing emails, overpayment scams, sudden riches (such as Nigerian letter scams), etc.
• Computer trespass - allegations that someone knowingly uses, causes to be used, or accesses a computer, computer service, or computer network without authorization. Computer trespass can occur by clicking on links in emails from unknown sources, clicking on links in pop-up windows, etc.
• Damage to or theft of personal property - allegations that, during the provision of a service, the business its employee damaged personal property or stole personal property. One example is a moving company that refuses to deliver a consumer’s possessions until the consumer pays an increased price.
Note: Patterns of complaint alleging criminal misconduct while performing services should be addressed with the business and documented with custom text in the BBB Business Profile.
• Complaints that challenge the validity of local, state, provincial, or federal law. For example, BBBs would not accept a complaint against a cable business seeking a change in rates set by law. BBB would accept a complaint against a cable business alleging its charges were inaccurately computed in accordance with applicable rates.
• Complaints seeking compensation for personal injury - BBBs do not handle complaints seeking compensation for bodily injury or emotional distress (this includes, but is not limited to: slip and fall accidents, ingesting food or other substances that cause illness, rashes, burns, or allergic reactions caused by use of a product, product defect accidents, mental distress or anxiety suffered as a result of a marketplace transaction, etc.). These types of complaints are more appropriately handled in the judicial system. While we would not address damages for personal injury, we would handle the customer service aspect of these complaints and allow the complainant to seek a refund.
