Reminder: anything a marshal serves has to have court approval! That is the law!  Yet this state uses Notices to Quit as a wild card, rather than process!  I should show the Notice To Quit here The landlord cannot serve a Section 8 Tenant a Notice To Quit Possession until they give the Section 8 tenant they claim has breached the lease a letter at least  30 days prior to considering to serve a Notice To Quit Possession  The Housing Authority is obligated...
