They deleted my scanned Appendix of 246 pages right off my flash drive - because I was told I needed to create a free Dropbox account,which was not the only way I could access a link scanned in for me. - and unfortunately I didn't make a backup that I recall before they did that! The free acct I created was not only charged off my bank card - which they captured from Google Pay -which never had my permission to capture - but they used it to hack my fragile HP laptop, deleting the file from my flashdrive!
