   I provided info at the end of this blogpost. Rent Rebate appointment is resolved, though 2 months ago I was refused and told to "Just leave your papers in the mailbox outside our office" . I refused because applicants have to sign a form.  I told her that. She hung up on me!

§1437f. Low-income housing assistance

(a) Authorization for assistance payments

For the purpose of aiding low-income families in obtaining a decent place to live and of promoting economically mixed housing, assistance payments may be made with respect to existing housing in accordance with the provisions of this section. A public housing agency may contract to make assistance payments to itself (or any agency or instrumentality thereof) as the owner of dwelling units if such agency is subject to the same program requirements as are applied to other owners. In such cases, the Secretary may establish initial rents within applicable limits.

(b) Rental certificates and other existing housing programs

[(1)] ¹ The Secretary is authorized to enter into annual contributions contracts with public housing agencies pursuant to which such agencies may enter into contracts to make assistance payments to owners of existing dwelling units in accordance with this section. The Secretary shall enter into a separate annual contributions contract with each public housing agency to obligate the authority approved each year, beginning with the authority approved in appropriations Acts for fiscal year 1988 (other than amendment authority to increase assistance payments being made using authority approved prior to the appropriations Acts for fiscal year 1988), and such annual contributions contract (other than for annual contributions under subsection (o) of this section) shall bind the Secretary to make such authority, and any amendments increasing such authority, available to the public housing agency for a specified period. In areas where no public housing agency has been organized or where the Secretary determines that a public housing agency is unable to implement the provisions of this section, the Secretary is authorized to enter into such contracts and to perform the other functions assigned to a public housing agency by this section.

(2) ¹ The Secretary is authorized to enter into annual contributions contracts with public housing agencies for the purpose of replacing public housing transferred in accordance with subchapter II–A of this chapter. Each contract entered into under this subsection shall be for a term of not more than 60 months.

(c) Contents and purposes of contracts for assistance payments; amount and scope of monthly assistance payments

(1) An assistance contract entered into pursuant to this section shall establish the maximum monthly rent (including utilities and all maintenance and management charges) which the owner is entitled to receive for each dwelling unit with respect to which such assistance payments are to be made. The maximum monthly rent shall not exceed by more than 10 per centum the fair market rental established by the Secretary periodically but not less than annually for existing or newly constructed rental dwelling units of various sizes and types in the market area suitable for occupancy by persons assisted under this section, except that the maximum monthly rent may exceed the fair market rental (A) by more than 10 but not more than 20 per centum where the Secretary determines that special circumstances warrant such higher maximum rent or that such higher rent is necessary to the implementation of a housing strategy as defined in section 12705 of this title, or (B) by such higher amount as may be requested by a tenant and approved by the public housing agency in accordance with paragraph (3)(B). In the case of newly constructed and substantially rehabilitated units, the exception in the preceding sentence shall not apply to more than 20 per centum of the total amount of authority to enter into annual contributions contracts for such units which is allocated to an area and obligated with respect to any fiscal year beginning on or after October 1, 1980.

Update 6/12/2023 - they failed to cash the check yet claimed they cashed it. My bank confirmed they did not cash it! I told them to provide me proof along with the ledger printout; they did neither! 

1. I hand-carried a pre-paid check ON TIME to the damn office on 6/9/2023

2. I asked for the status of my account.

3. She printed the ledger, just covering the past two years. 

4. There was no mention of having a rent check already! They post rent checks BEFORE they are deposited! I have a federal poverty level income, which qualifies me for rent that costs me 10% of fair use and value, which is $93. I cited the law, U.S.C. Code Section 1437f,  REPEATEDLY. They do nothing! 

5. She said they would call me Monday regarding the copy I requested, for RENT INCREASE notice.... She claimed, "Well, it's on your ledger. That is proof". I said, "No it isn't. You have to follow HUD regulations, you cannot just pull a number out of your hat and charge me! She said, "Wow, nobody has asked us this before. We will call you Monday." 

Note, Paragraph 6 is a Psyop, most likely by CIA shills. This paragraph was extracted from my T-Mobile complaint! T-Mobile only requested me to talj to them - no doubt to manipulate the call and attach other Tech Weaponry! I had already gone to two stores in person. I called customer service many times! I called the corporate office at least 4 times! THEY, IN FACT, ARE THE OFFICE WHICH IS REGISTERED IN CONNECTICUT! 

NEVERTHELESS, the below segment was a psyop/false information - typical of US GOV! NOTE, I said "They" - not "she" and voicemail had nothing to do with the conversation I had with the employee in the property management office. She left me no voicemail.  Paragraph 7 & 8 is yet another separate incident involving tge time frame of MARCH TO JULY 2023 - when they kept depositing checks from my closed account. Despite having my check from my current account, and knowing the prior account is closed. 

6. So I thought the voicemail had to do with that. They show no professionalism regarding informing me of anything in the voicemail! They just say, "call me". Obviously setting up opportunity to bully me in the office! 

7. I called and the employee said, "Which check do you want us to cash? Your bank sent us two checks. I said, "No they didn't. Bank of America would not do that. I got the pre-authorized check at the bank, and hand carried it to your office" What is the one you got in the mail? She said, "Your bank, TD Bank" I said, "What? That account was closed over a month ago; I have been paying my rent through Bank Of America. That is fraud!"

8. So she tells me to go to the office and tell her which one! I hung up on her!  What are they up to? Do they have police stalking me again, to illicitly arrest me?

THAT IS KIDNAPPING! They know this, but the courts are organized crime! It took me 7 months to get these court crooks off my back - and the judge denied my dismissal motions, which emphasized the case had no merit. Instead, the court crook ordered a Nolle! I said, I object! I refuse to plea because there is no probable cause and you claim Lori is the VICTIM yet will not get any statement from her, as required by law! I know, because Lori told me a long time ago! She has been my public friend since 2006, when I was illegally arrested! The judge stood up and walked out! He did not adjourn, nothing! And the marshal aggressively walked up to me, armed with a gun, telling me to leave now or he would throw me in jail! Or worse, obviously, because he is a very evil person and shows every sign of probably killing people for this corrupted state! I never wanted to move to the East Coast! I hate it here, they are so corrupted! They illegally entered my apartment and poisoned my cat, killing her! They steal from me like freaking NAZIS! 

      That came up missing a short time ago, around Oct 15, 2023 - yet that meter along with my missing internet devices were placed in my apartment promptly. 

9. They recently stole my $260 radiowave meter out of my apartment, locked up! I had to get it because the building dept is so corrupted, the last thing they care about is doing sufficient inspections - and my apartment is vandalized on a continuous basis!

10. I cannot even use my email accounts! Gmail blocks them with GotIT bullshit! I will not respond to their bullshit! It is just a trick to FORCE me to agree to what?? A coded CYBER CRIME! 

11. They have stolen many things! Sometimes a stolen item will show back up in strange place. This apartment is only 100sf! Their response to me on illegal entries: "We aren't security. We can't help you. Submit an insurance claim." The police are run by organized crime, as is the city government, as is the state government! It may be they stole my meter to give a kickback to Chris Murphy, who could give a rat's a$$ about accountability! He says he has great news, he isn't taking PAC money - he is going for the jugular, instead! People who have lost their jobs and homes because of corrupted politicians, are expected to DONATE to pay for HIS campaign so he can keep his undeserved multimillionaire wealth! 

12. Fortunately the FBI agent I kept in touch with was able to get a court order about 5 years ago - for them to make key fobs and only those who have key fobs may enter, unless the concierge helps them. They can still get in , just by going in with others, and other tactics which the landlord has rigged....and who the hell is the landlord? Knox Rentals claim they are the new owner - and just like with "MEPT Chapel" (yes, they claimed this building was part of the church community, nonprofit!) - it is ILLEGAL, FRAUDULENT. There was no mortgage closing! 

13. I cannot email, so I am posting this since I have no other recourse because of CYBER CRIME What are they up to? What did they want to do to me or the apartment by deceptively telling me to go to their office? I am so exhausted. I had no sleep last night and wondered if radiowaves were causing it. My meter is gone to check! There have been horrible, corrupted people who may see this and cause me more harm! That is the chance I have to take!

A Landlord is owner! They never referred to themselves as PROPERTY MANAGER IN WRITING OR IN PERSON!

.   1. I was told to make my checks out to 360 State Street, Inc 

    2. I saw in the town clerk's office that Bozzuto, Inc quit claimed their multibillion dollar property to 360 State  Street FOR $1 - transactions only legitimate among relatives for homes! 

I wouldn't have seen it but they tried to evict me so I researched. MEPT was not my landlord legally and had no legitimacy to file an eviction, and of course the eviction was illegal on its face. I retained an attorney who did absolutely nothing and said "Don't  worry, I handle evictions all the time" to which I replied, "You're not handling mine! The eviction is illegal for a number of reasons!" I won the case on my own, and this attorney finally gave me my.money back AFTER,  obviously working in the background, abusing power, to get me evicted! That's what they do here! Gang up on people they target!

How the hell can that even occur? Tenants never got a notice that their landlord is now a weather altering service! That's what they are! Their former name was obvious. It had weather altering service right in it - now they have a Fraudulent title which should never have been allowed to be registered! Or recategorized and not be allowed to say their name was a formerly weather altering service - which also seems illegal on its face! 

Tell the TARGETED TENANT

   * You have 3 days to complete a recertification form - that's much longer than the application  - even though recertification isn't due this year - with our law called YES WE CAN and F*k You
        The form is completed after staying up day and night, and making sure each page is paginated for reference - they don't even paginate their 50-page form, which normal states make 2 to no more than 11 pages.
  * It's completed and submitted timely, despite the nefarious backdating and failure to abide by the Section 8 Laws which are required to be followed in order to administer the FEDERAL MONEY.
  *Damn, we couldn't evict her so wth, we will try next year and not process this one, especially since she's proven her rent should be less than what she pays now! And we will just ignore her emails and calls. After all, this is our money now. The Federal Government gave it to us as a political gift. We do what the Clinton CRIME Syndicate does.
   * Next Year, they untimely mail another recertification but this time the illegal intruders take out all her personal documents and push buttons to destroy her laptop (cybercrime),  manipulate the notebook she got 3 months after that (cybercrime), and so many other "fun things"
    * And when the struggle for replacement documents continue,  so does the CORRUPTION,  like telling me for an application for RENT REBATE, they will process me in person, then tell me they can't - only when I get to the door with original papers that are not returned to me, including my birth certificate!
    * I'm sure those who have assaulted me are really enjoying reading this if they know it's here....
    *I'm sure relatives who abandoned and killed my father, saying it was a religious experience are enjoying reading this if they know it's  here...

What's pathetic is one of the most commonly-popular Ivy league universities is right here - along with many other colleges and universities- yet society continues to deteriorate right under their cold noses.

I had to take a second picture because these morons used AI to blacken the other one. I'm posting it right away so they can't do the same. The underside of my tea kettle still needs more scrubbing but it was filthy with black goo - the ones who illegally enter and vandalize my apartment do that! Hopefully the damage to my burner is not irreversible. I keep cleaning it. 

The cup handle was broken in two places and I repaired it with twine and gorilla glue.  This time they rigged it to break when I picked up a full cup of tea. It fell on my toe so it didn't break like they've caused in the past. I had a favorite cup with an apple on it. They caused the handle to break and it broke in several pieces. I could share MANY circumstances like this here! 

My frying pan was switched with one with more black goo saturating the bottom - and the sticker was still partially on the handle. They obviously got it at a thrift store and tarred it - with road tar probably - or the tar used in roofing. I figured it was recently damaged since the sticker was still partially on. So I scrubbed it since I was woken by a terrorizing nightmare. 

That is the result of scrubbing, setting aside, then sxrubbing more. It was completely black. My pictures are oftentimes altered on my androids. I didn't think to try to take a picture anyway. I was too tired.  

The inside of the pan plus it was lighter was also validation they altered it. 

Based on these constant illegal entries experiences and behaviour, I expect the landlord gets illegal immigrants to enter - they may have been outright given a copy of the key to this apartment at some point before or after I moved in. The lock was never changed. 

They could have stolen my mail both here as well as my po box. Just leaving this place makes me vulnerable they will illegally enter again!

She printed this letter, which I never got, nor did they request my agreement signature! This was printed in July or August 2023! Fraudulent billing, fraudulent housing! They are all in bed with eachother! Most likely, that is why these psychopaths switched boxsprings on my bed! 

I can't do anymore today. I'm trying to get a baby afghan finished - this BS keeps hitting me! The recertification BS was over 100 pages! These crooks bleed the govt! I have federal poverty income and automatically qualify to pay 10% of fair use and value!

THEY WOULD NOT GO OVER PROBABKE CAUSE ABD CHARGES, NAMING A VOCTIM WHO WAS MY PUBLIC FRIEND AND SHE WAS NOT EVEN APPROACHED TO APPEAR! FAR FROM BEING INCOMPETENT! SHE IS VERY INTELLIGENT! THEY LIED, AND SHE WOULD HAVE NEVER TAKEN PART IN THE CORRUPTION. 

They ran up the elevator when I was taking my trash out! I was assaulted, to try to force me to let them take me to the hospital so they could force me in a locked psyche ward! I refused treatment! 

They forced me in prison! They never went over probable cause! I refused to plea, but the crooked judge nolled it! That is illegal! I never plea'd!  I appealed because the case should have been dismissed and they should have given me my $2,000 back! They wouldn't! $2,000 is over 15% of my income! 

The crooked judge refused to allow me to appeal! He didn't even have a right to refuse! Yet the appellate court could have given a shit - and the US Supreme Court are 24/7 treasonists! 

I was kidnapped for 6 days! And they trashed my apartment while I was there!

The night before elections, my keys were stolen out of my apartment. I literally spent all day looking in my small, under 200sf apt and they were obviously stolen when I was in the apt! I must have been drugged. I did not baracade my door securely. 

A welt over my eye showed and still shows. Like they inserted something in my head. The "V" shape is a NAZI image - the combined "V's" make the word NAZI - and it is frequently used by TECHNOCRATS - AND MY LANDLORD USES THIS AS THEIR LOGO NOW! What their logo SHOULD be is this: 💩

It is more visible in person. They try to cover it up when I take a picture. Nothing makes the swelling go away. So they must have implanted something.

They probably tried to set me up for attack or kill, deliberately walking the opposite direction as they saw me going to the trash room. No doubt, figuring I would rush back to my apartment and they could shoot me in the back as I grab my cell phone to call Agent Aldenburg! Lying about telling me that they told me to stop and put my hands up, altering the footage of the police video cam they have on their shoulder somewhere and "security" video, which would justify murdering me in cold blood, which the landlord could feloniously claim insurance for, steal my life and then cry at my funeral which mafia have done time and again! 

It didn't work! I walked to the elevator instead, to go use the library. The police walked back to the elevator and said, "Are you Anne Bradley" bla bla bla. I thought, wtf, they looked right at me, pivoted around like models on a runway, turn back around when I didn't do what they wanted me to do 

(walk back to my apartment so they could shoot me in the back - a signature killing by State Trooper Jon Naples! He killed at least two people on the job, unarmed, but he said "I thought they were armed" and the judge slaps his hand and sends him back to work!)

He impinged my shoulder, assaulting me by grabbing my already sore arm an yanking it hard. It is a wonder he didn't pull it out of the socket but if he had, he probably wouldn't get away with that assault! I screamed and cried - the video was altered with weird noises to try to make it seem like I resisted arrest. I did NOT resist arrest as abusive as they were! I refused medical treatment, telling them he assaulted me to force me in a psyche ward, which is kidnapping! 

They got pissed and demanded I jump up on the paddy wagon, which was not necessary. They could have put me in their vehicle! They said the reason they didn't was because they didn't have enough protection! 

The police turned the heat off at their jail and refused to let me see a bondsman. The court refused me also, even though the bastard judge broke the law by not holding a preliminary hearing! 

I'm sure Agent Aldenburg had them change cells for me to be in, which also saved my life (he saved my life in 2010) The two women in that  other cell got a third woman who they obviously strangled yet the prison reported that she hung herself, which was literally impossible! 

....I'm sure if it wasn't for Agent Aldenburg, that I would still be in prison, like they did to Raymond Clark, who was accused of murdering his coworker and friend, Annie Le, born in Vietnam and her mother didn't speak English and she was the only one allowed in the courtroom other than a translator and dirtbag defense attorney for Raymond Clark who didn't give 2 $hits about him even though the Clarks paid the damn attorney!

This metal was in the bucket I used to dye my top yesterday. 

It wasn't in it before I dyed it. 

I used tap water and paroled it in my tea kettle. To dye my top. 

So it either was in the dye powder - which makes no sense because I would have noticed when adding it to the hot water,

Or it was in my tea kettle -which someone obviously put in it! 

I rinse the kettle out completely maybe once every 4 months. 

A great opportunity for an intruder to poison me! 

I need to get going. I want to get to the p.o. before 5 and I'm far from being ready. I get a message saying "the file is too large to attach" - one damn picture! So I will post this on my Housing Rant blog. I'm skiddish about leaving my phones here until I get new locks. Some locks were recently stolen, that's why. They continue to be up to their dirty tricks.

Updated pictures - plus they poisoned my chicken broth - all made from the same chicken - only one jar wasn't poisoned. 

These spineless psychopaths are trying to kill me! 

These are close-ups of what they did to my broth - which I throw out in the toilet and wash with extra cycles in the dishwasher! 

They used the same poison in both jars, but obviously ran out. 

I used a toothpick to see if it was industrial, like spray foam insulation. 

It was another type of chemical, probably from a Yale University lab. The substance was like cake. Of course it wasnt cake and I threw it in the toilet and am soaking the jars in hot water and bleach before they are washed in the dishwasher. Obviously I have no confidence that law enforcement will investigate especially when they, the Bozzuto clan, pay them off. 

The bullshit open-ended mortgage is nothing legal! The US Supreme Court probably even came up with the idea! Look up what their REAL duties are! 

When Obama gave Bozzutos millions of dollars of free money. They had to abide by an agreement, which is supposed to be in the city clerk's office for that property. Having 50 section 8 apartments is just one of the items listed! Most likely the city will end up taking it over and Bozzutos, et al, will come out smelling like a rose.

Update 9/2/2023 

Pictures reflecting more vandalism, theft! 

My Panasonic recorder was stolen! I got it for $5  at Goodwill, to listen to old tapes! It had not even been used when I got it!

My hydrgen peroxide was gone for months! Someone placed what may be what I bought on sale, but this is so inactive, I would guess it to be just water! I used it for the first time last night. I didn't want to taste it because they may have replaced it with poison!

Boxsprings, king size - they stole my queen size boxsprings, which fit perfectly on the bedframe! Vandalizing my bed after I successfully put it back together, even pulling my hamstring! 

This plastic water container was cracked by an intruder, causing the water to leak out. I purchased a new waterpic because the company, CVS, said they don't sell parts. The motor worked fine, so I continued to use it - then they vandalized that! I found the new motor part, but now cannot locate the water resevoir - I placed the cracked one on the new motor, placed it back in the box. But I can't use it until I find the water resevoir, which they probably stole! I may have thrown out the vandalized motor, but not the resevoir. 

I really do not believe I would have thrown out the motor because a all attachments were in the droor. I do not have any attachments to use this now, unless I find the motor, and unless I find the plastic container! No doubt these vandalizing bastards stole them, like they do everything else! The landlord has some kind of financial arrangement with CVS - telling tenants they can pay their rent at CVS = WTF -so they can steal your CVS purchases in your home, unlawfully claiming you are delinquent on rent?

The frame of the boxspring collapsed because it is not resting on the metal frame, like I had it. The inspector saw it and said his inspection was finished, not viewing all the vandalism in my apartment and frankly, I consider him a crook anyway. The whole city government is organized crime. Tge supervisor sent me an email about it being imperative for him to inspect and for me to sign "the form" - of couse they had no intention of me signing it. The email was for show! They obviously forged my signature and could care less about laws and regs! My back bothers me from having to sleep on the floor since they vandalized my bed, these COWARDS who have no competency to be in any positions of responsibility!

These either had no black paint or the paint washed out - using soap and Clorox. I washed 3 times. 

The black paint came out but they had ripped each vaginal area. 

Some black paint would not come out. This pair on left was a different color - Clorox bleached out the color but some nlack.paint was left. The right WHITE PAIR was deliberately left alone - obviously to put fear in me. Besides rape, "White Power" represents NAZIS.

Nobody would return to fix it - which really was remotely turning it back on!  The maintenance supervisor relieved himself in my trash canwhen he was SUPPOSED to have changed the dryer filter - a standard 3-month ck - which they cked ALL apartments every 3 months after Dione transferred to the twin tower building - rhey built a "twin" about 4 blocks away. It, too hasfewer floors. Like the NYC Twin Tower design. They also have a "New Tower Trust" in Maryland. Same place an AMERICAN ship pilot wrecked the Chinese freighter in the Locke - And Prof Mercoglianos informed us USA was suing China $90million! He was off-base reporting it was China's fault. I told him that. It seems they have mind controlled him. 

Who knows who will see this - since Cornell seems to have ultimate control of this bligpost now...I had friends who attended and graduated from Cornell. The hepititus was probably her husband using needles/drugs. He had epilepsy.

To mock this story, the dirtbag attorneys made up a story about me having epilepsy 2 yrs after I was almost murdered, to keep spin that they wanted to help me, when they were really forcing ne to take a varbiturate, phenobarbital - which spanned over 2 years and at no piint did tgey offer to help me get social security! They rigged everything, hoping they could rig anothet murder that would be successful, obviously!

Whitmore was like putty for them. 

My father quir claimed my store to my younger brother, who promised to give him the money when he sold it, so I could get paid. His HANDLER, best friend Mike (who had a chance to drive in the dagger because I turned him down for going parking, having sex - crude date!) talked him into sabatoging my father, and no wonder he would not even invite me to his home EVER even though I lived down the street! 

I could say more! My younger sister called my brother's wife to prove SHE could go visit whenever she wanted. I went with her and my brother's wife got out his underwear and put her hand in it and began polishing furniture rather than offer a drink, sit down and talk. I never had a good communication established to discuss why he did what Mike, et al told him to. He sold Amway products, and his connection to Betsy Wetsy Devos paid off. He got $500,000 free money from Obama, to expand hus business! 

My father sold tge dream retirement house, to give me $10,000 of tge $30,000 and my brother, who was always such a goid kid growing up, even enjoyed treating his very sick father like bar room guy he was joking with. I heard him laughing on the hospital phone when my father was talking to him. Not even near to asking Dad if he needed anything! My older brother probably told him, don"t worry, I am making sure he dies this time! He even bragged that to me, admitting he deceived me when I had no legal power! He lied that the pulmonary specialist ordered him to go to hospice, that his lungs were bleeding. His lungs were clear! They also took away all his neds to kill him faster and had the hospice nurse torture him to make his lungs collapse! My father gasped for air for 5 hours, then died! I left not saying anything to anyone, which they labled "The silent treatment" to make themselves look like the victims! 

I believe my brothers were both involved with sex parties, couple swinging. 

One time I asked my younger brother if I could sleep on their couch due to having work at my store inventory job and a big storm was predicted. Driving home where I lived, was a huge risk. Abd I didn't want another snowplough to hit me using the storm as excuse! He refused! I was in tears when I got home, not that anyone cared!

They stuffed hair and a great amount of garbage in my disposal! Though I do not put food in it, I still run it at least once a day. I try to remember to check it before I turn it on if i had been out because they vandalize it all the time!

And the maintenance guy stuffed my carpet cleaner with hair while in the bathroom! No wonder he closed the door! He didn't want me to hear what he was doing! The BS about needing a new cord on the washing machine was a cover for what he was doing to my rug cleaner! It doesn't pick up water now! Not one drop! Hopefully calling the company will remedy this, reversing what that bastard did! 

I didn't even mention this to the office. They asked ME who were in my apartment last, yet supposedly going back and forth with the maintenance supervisor on the phone and email. I said, "I wouldn't know! They didn't tell me their names."

Even if they gave me names, howthe hell would I know what their real names were. 

I placed a lot on my cupboard hoping an investigator sees it! I don't know because Rosa deLauro is obviously up to no good, calling my number, despite not knowing my number, I never gave it to her office! I saved it on my voicemail - but they will probably have more CYBER CRIME DELETE THE EVIDENCE!

UPDATE 9/22/2023 

The scumbag maintenance claimed my washing machine needs a new cord, which is a total  lie. Look at how large and strong the cords are - and they successfully REMOTELY CONTROL THEM, which is why I never leave my apartment with anything running here because they remotely control all the appliances they have in here. 

At least he didn't relieve himself in my trashcan like Victor did-both #1 and #2!  I cleaned it several times even though it had a trash bag in it. Door is still open. I doubt it means they have not returned, illegally intruding when I am not here. 

This phone has altered so much and makes it more difficult to manage my blogposts. 

Watch this film because we have SOCIALISM, not Democracy - thanks to the Washington DC underworld. I visited my uncle in that area with intent to secure work and when I left 2 months later (two weeks of which his niece used me as a chauffer to transport her to upstate NY even though she could easily fly from Washington DC. Their telling me there were no planes, pretty much told me they had alterior motives and if I did not cooperate, most likely there will be hell to pay -he stole my social security number and used to to purchase a second luxury vehicle, a Mercedes Benz for his wife - all why he had me go visit!   Finally. an appointment was made and I will be processed timely. 

  My rent has always been current! Finally they credited back $14,000 they claimed I owed! Increasing every month, adding on-site charges! On-site charges go through the administrator of Section 8 - which in this state, this city, is crooked as hell! I even told them that their office should be shut down! 

     Many of my electronic files were deleted! Many of Those that remain rgarding my housing were retitled as HAP, which I do no have! I have had Section 8 since January 2013! And their calculations of what I owe are FRAUDULENT. FIRST following Obama's corruption. Thereafter following whatever fits their freaking whims! 

This ledger indicates I owe over $13,000 yet CLAIMS MY RENT IS CURRENT! 

MY RENT HAS BEEN OVERPAID ON MY PART! 

I TOLD THEM THEIR BILLING IS FRAUDULENT; THEY TRIED TO EVICT ME. THE JUDGE TRIED TO EVICT ME. THE JUDGE WALKED OUT, DID NOT CLOSE THE HEARING, AND GOT THE EVIL MARSHALL TO AGGRESSIVELY KICK ME OUT OF COURT! I APPEALED! THE CASE SHOULD HAVE BEEN DISMISSED! THE APPEAL WAS DENIED! 

THIS STATE IS 100% ORGANIZED CRIME!

My bed area has a big window which the sun was very strong to the point I wanted to block it since I had sleepless nights and would sleep.during the day. Curtains on line were very expensive. I used plastic that clings to the window and painted it black. Maintenance said it was fine,not harming anything. But because management was unsuccessful getting me convicted on an illicit arrest AND unsuccessful having me illicitly evicted even with the help of the corrupted housing authority, they gave me hard time about the window - never asking me to just remove the plastic; they called for the housing inspector, wasting money. I asked what code covered what he was doing and he had no code. To get them off my back, I removed it - and began experiencing great illness including hypoxia sometimes, which can be lethal. My plastic was actually blocking their radiwave attacks! And they probably thought my black.paint was EMF paint! Thar blocks radiowaves.

Someone etched an "m" inside the crockpot that had a piece of my aloe plant - which I nearly choked to death on. I wasn't going to show a picture. It would gross ME out, so I thought that was too much. 

The "m" could be a satanic representative of McDonalds - but Americans do not own it anymore. Could represent the "booby man", Elon Musk. It's obvious to me they etched it after they set the kill-food in my soup - to laugh about "Obstructing Justice" 

That way law enforcement would wash out any murder case, saying I choked on my own cooking - it's a code, I'm sure! 

These pictures allude to the "m" being on the bottom of the crockpot, on the inside. I try to avoid using the damn LED light because it comnects to the phone and also makes me sick. But I turned it on to try to get a clear picture.

I can't stand this cesspool of corruption! Just going to see my doctor becomes a huge ordeal! They stole zipties I got at Home Depot!  I hid the other package. If it was anyone affiliated with the FBIbagent I trusted, but they took his phone down, that is okay.  But I know this landlord illegally enters on a regular basis. Two shoes are missing in my bathroom! I spent $200 just getting them repaired! I do not plan on going to that store again either! A new person told me she would charge me $280 to fix my sandals! $48 would be bad enough! They were damaged by someone else! Also, she took my expensive inserts out of my sneakers and did not give them back to me! 

 They may have hidden the missing shoes or maybe I set them aside - but I normally keep shoes together.  They may have stolen them like they have done before! I hate living here on the East Coast! This is no life! Most leaders are organized crime! They push life insurance on a continuous basis so they can profit from murdering! 

This is no way to live!

I woke at 9pm ...Got so sleepy despite sleeping most of my way on the train. Like someone drugged me. 

Here it was 1-2pm ...I was on livestreaming 90min and just could not keep my eyes open so I fell asleep - woke up 9pm, realizing my door was unlocked. But the doorvlatches were locked manually, which can be done from outside the door by an expert! I have seen the videos! 

I wonder if the "m" they etched in my crockpot meant an m&m's secret message.....I had 2cpackets of these in with food on my shelf.

It is 4:15 am now 10/6. I felt like I was hybernating yesterday. I slept on the way down to NYC, ws alert at the doctor's office, and slept on the way back. And was falling asleep watching Cristofer and his father. And my door was not fully locked when I woke at around 9 pm That was almost 6 hours! 

       Udate 12/15/2023: they put the hand truck back! 

My hand truck was switched. The one I got was a construction type - the whole reason I got it was because of the strong wheels. This has plastic wheels and already look like shit. The wheels on my other carts are almost completely damaged. They are committing crimes to get me tp buy more. What about my shoes, too? AGAIN, since they have stolen and vandalized them here! 

I am not going to get any more work done at Christhian Shoes. The woman he left in charge is very dishonest. 

Fortunately I locked up my cart and yet they had six hours to find the key  when I fell asleep for 6 hrs with my door not fully locked. I cannot even understand why I left it like that - they terrorize me so much! They could have made copies of all my keys using their key machine! I saw Victor make copies of small keys - he should have been limited to only making them for apartments! He is not a licensed locksmith! 

My infuser may have been refilled - they took the broken spray can (probably vandalized by an illegal intruder previously)  which I poked a hole in - and used it probably to cover up their smells! They left it on my kitchen counter when I placed it back under the sink after I dropped some of its solution in the infuser shortly before I left on 10/5! I did not put it on the counter! 

I am going back to Price Rite this morning as long as I don't need to worry about my Home Depot Order being shipped today. 

Someone grabbed the product info about my hand truck and pulked it outside of my cart when I was there. I only got a few groceries because I had to purchase the items if they were in the store. Otherwise, there would be a $99 shipping charge. 

These spies were preparing to make a switch so I would have weak wheels.

My wooden sewing box is missing. I noticed that while getting ready to leave. The legs were off. Someone stole one of the legs years ago. I had to take the other three off. A nice couple sold it to me for only $10 at a garage sale. To go along with the antique sewing machine I got.

My foot has a strange injury - and cell phone devices are missing out of my purse, which was completely full when I went to NYC - someone stole them when I was on the train! Update 10/8/2023: No, they are all there. I put them altogether as a precaution. 

A man entered that train while we were boarding, saying he needed $11 to get his ticket. The couple in front of me, who got off in Norwalk, gave him a $20 bill. He ran off. I said, "He could have purchased his ticket while on the train." I was suspicious because he said he left his wallet at home. So how did he get to the train station? Where was his credit card and how can he do anything without ID? His clothes were all wrinkled. He had a shaven face. He first tried getting money from me. WTF. 

Now I realize items are missing out of my purse! I need to unlock my case to determine what is missing! They probably stole the phone I purchased, which I had not even used. It was in a blue and white striped bag. I sat in a very uncomfortable seat, to fit my hand truck. My purse should have been locked, but I did not think of it. The train was very full on the way down, filling up at Fairfield. It was half empty till then. They must have stolen them when I was asleep for 6 hours. ...I checked my locked up case and see everything is there. I do not believe anything is missing now. /6:15 am update 

There were illegal intruders! They stole my keyfob off my keychain! F*king bastards want to give me one that can be used as a spy weapon or worse, I'm sure! ....update 10/8/2023: the keyfob was placed back in my apartment. My impression is twofold:

Bookshelf is on the left of this picture below: 

I got the bookshelf moved back, flush with the bookshelf on the right. But I am exhausted! Having to to undue their constant vandalism is so upsetting, and I had to take almost all the books off to be able to move it! 

I now have 23 inches, not 20. I would have more if they hadn't repositioned the basket behind my dresser. I do not need to move it. I can move the dresser just before  the scumbags replace my washer! I did not have to do any of this today, despite their moving the bookshelves - which they have done before! The king-size boxsprings makes this even more interfering! 

Now it is flush with the other bookshelves 

They contaminated this! 

I will not use this until it is completely clean. THEY CAUSED IT TO BE COMPLETELY SCORCHED ON THE BOTTOM BY TURNING UP THE HEAT ON THE BURNER WHEN I WALKED AWAY FROM IT! 

I had to throw out the mac n cheese I made in the pot. The scorched smell is rancid in the food!

I was combining my cider vinegar and an illegal intruder put broken glass in it! They vandalize my apartment all the time! The glass is at the bottom, on left of jar! The jar is not broken! 

I fell asleep binging on Carol Burnett shows, woke up and opened my pantry cabinet to get some dried fruit - and discovered the illegal intruders infested it.  They must have been in a hurry. I cleaned it out using rubbing alcohol and Clorox in soapy water. 

Now I better check everything. It is 4:21 am. My doughnut recipe is not rising - they probably contaminated it when I was at the store - or contaminated my all-purpose flour, which I used in the recipe. Looks like i may need to throw the dough out. 

These bags were obviously Quickly infested with bugs - I threw out the mess in both bags, sanitized them with Clorox and soapy water. 

They have infested this with many maggots in the past. I had to throw everything open - out, cleaning outside packages of what was left, with Clorox and soapy Water. 

Freaking pigs do this to me! Unless I make a recipe from start to finish without leaving my apartment, I cannot use it as a gift.

A funny thing happened to me today. I did not bring my metal cart. I got on the train with poor handle bars, with some stress, but got on. A young woman had a suitcase, which had metal on it. She was Asian, I would guess Chinese. I swear, some force attacked her and slammed her on the concrete, with her luggage! I spoke up and said, "Can someone help her? OMG!" A few men walked over to assist her. I told her to sit where I was. It was close by and she must have been shook up! She was a very sweet young woman. Very healthy and thin. 

This reminded me of the day I went to Storquest WITHOUT my metal cart. A man with no legs  in front of me was crossing Church street and his chair was made to literally tip forward! A force of some kind did it! They probably had it programmed to harm me both times! 

I need to run some errands so I have to end this for now.

FOOD POISONING - THE CONSEQUENCE OF LEAVING MY APARTMENT FOR A DENTIST APPOINTMENT! 

Prior batch of yogurt turned out great, using sweetened condensed milk. 

They put plastic in my flour! They have done that several times to my water! 

Notice how gross the jars of yogurt, in the back,  look...

My bread would rise, then stop and looks like the sour dough starter was poisoned! 

No bubbles, as it should be! 

Gross! 

I have more to share, just because I went to my dental appointment and tried to get some exercise, walking! (Before they kill me!)

Gross! This is supposed to be yogurt! 

Water is leaking out of the wall again. 

While cooking the condensed milk, it simmers for about 40 min. I walk away, and the burner is turned up remotely by someone - causing the milk abd sugar to overflow and make a terrible mess. I pour Dawn dish detergent and sprinkle with baking soda. Then turn the heat on low. It will take a few times because this was such a mess. But it will come off. I also use white vinegar for added power and has a clean smell. 

The condensed milk I made looks fine. this picture was altered by AI. I will try to make yogurt again. 

This is the sweetened condensed milk iI made - yet yogurt turned out horrible! I will use store bought water. The water where I live was safe when i got here, yet everything about this place has been weaponized. Poisoning the water to the point it is gray - and the manager sent emails out saying, "Don't worry, it is just gray water" WTF, like we are supposed to believe it is rain water? Their wealth should be seized! Companies confiscated!

I normally just get raw milk or if no raw milk is available, whole milk of a certain product. Yet cheap whole milk should even work when making yogurt. The cultures develop and the milk has been restored to a healthy quality, which was taken out when pasteurized! Even homogenization has been questioned but the pasteurization, given credit to Freemason Louis Pasteur, only takes out the good bacteria! Dairy Farmers who kept their milking areas clean and cows healthy,  were no threat to our health. The Freemason/Illuminati members just wanted to break down the public's health. The burners look much better but I should treat them one more time with Dawn and baking soda. Then I will use ceramacoat cream on them.

7:09am - time to take a nap! Ugh! I had a math teacher in junior high, who called himself Chief Ugh-A-Mug when he corrected my papers. He knick-named me "Toots" because I played the cornet 🎺, lol! I had an achievement award and received another award even though I had to quit band my senior year, so I could make money for college, leaving school.half-days. I enjoyed working for my father, but someone said something bad about him, that hurt his feelings. He told me he was hiring someone else and I had to get a job at a restaurant, and was not always a safe place to work. The manager obviously conspired with crooked people who wanted to get revenge on me for calling a local sex trafficker stalking me "a pig" and to leave me alone. I was on my first vacation. 

Yet that manager called and wanted me to go to work, offering to pay me manager's salary. That was when the 20 ton truck slammed into me, on my way to work. I was in a coma 2 1/2 weeks, hospitalized 3 1/2 months. My brother was probably trying to get me to die and I screamed out his name. He told my parents I screamed for an x-boy Friend, I believe now, to cover up his efforts to get me to die so he could get  money from the lawsuite. He even told me, "How much are you going to give me when you get your lawsuite money?" I was hurt and angry - I wondered if he helped plan the attempt to kill me because someone disabled my brakes. Though I presume I needed them to leave the driveway. Scotty Mechanic mentioned what can cause brakes to stick on older vehicles. I had no problem with the brakes, but maybe someone caused them to stick, to ensure I would die. 

My siblings could have cared. No one helped me get my car inspected. They just accused me of "not being obedient to your attorney" - who my mother hired when I was in a coma, expecting me to die! One sibling just said it was God giving me a wake-up call, and I should be grateful. 

The attorneys obviously wanted me dead! Yet because I had belonged to a loving church, they knew they couldn't get away with it, I presume. The man my father befriended, Bob Walker, a very talented architect, had an untimely heart attack. He had no heart problems. Now that I know CIA frequently murdered people like that, I believe he was murdered.

I just made new sourdough starter using my dehydrated sourdough starter, so it will not take 7-10,days. It will grow today. 

Bubbles form already - which shows it is active. 

Dehydrated sourdough starter almost  looks like communiin in church! But it isn't evenly round. 

This is my sourdough starter liuid. Anything leftover with cultures, I add to it. (Sourdough starter, yogurt leftover, buttermilk leftover, even leftover from making sweetened condensed milk. A little sugar or honey helps it grow) 

I had a full container of wheat flour. I return from the endodontist appt, etc - and it was half empty and had plastic in the flour! I sift my flour as I add it it, and this could save your life if you make that a habit. It is not just to blend it more evenly. Of course, how many of you have constant illegal intruders like I do?

When I typed this, the phone changed to a graphbabout my keyboard and I had to swear and hit the glass very hard before I could return to this! 

The black covering sways, as these crooks try to cause a fire! I only open the window when I am here 85% of the time, because of drones and other muderous "toys" used by the crimunal underworld! 1.  I have been here for over 10 years. The first thing I was assured of was that the back door (lobby) would be repaired and bevelectric like the front door. It has only gotten worse. Winter is coming and this   will be another dangerous situation. Even moreso this year.

2.  I requested a copy of the check I provided your office through the concierge, for October Rent 2023. I followed up with a phone call. I was assured it would be taken care of.

3. I requested a copy of utilities usage, whicj has always been on the ledger until last month when I requested a printout, to verify what your office has been posting. Inwas told that utility usage would no longer be on my ledger because I do not have to pay for it. UTILITIES IS INCLUDED WITH MY RENT AND I HAVE A RIGHT TO KNOW WHAT THE USAGE IS. IT IS NOT LIKE YOU ARE GIVING IT TO ME. IN FACT, WHEN I APPLIED FOR ENERGY ASSISTANCE, PAYING FOR OFF-SITE ELECTRICITY, THE LETTER I GOT FROM YOUR OFFICE CLAIMED I DID NOT OWE ANY UTILITIES! THAT IT WAS INCLUDED WITH MY RENT. I COULD NOT GET ENERGY ASSISTANCE TO EVEN THOUGH I HAD TO PAY FOR ELECTRICITY, WHICH WAS HIGHER THAN WHAT I WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE.

I have prepared and submitted in detail the lack of maintenance service and more - yet nothing is done - even though I have not been able to use my clothes washing machine DUE TO REMOTELY TURNING OFF THE MACHINE - I SAW IT STOP. I am told they have to remove the washing machine, which I know is a lie, but they also lie about not having enough room in my apartment. I assured them to give me a 24 hour notice and I will move my dresser, which is the only obstacle. All you need is 25". Not only did I purchase a dolly with a 300-pound capacity, you can also set it on the small hand truck at the concierge desk, which is 25" wide and has a 600-pound capacity.

6. I am getting no attention to anything AND the electronic files on this laptop have been GREATLY ALTERED. My Section 8 files have been delayed for the most part. What is left, the hackers have renamed as "HAP";which I do not have! Is this a way for corrupted politicians in this state to obscund more funds, like tgey do with MEDICARE- nefariously attaching MEDICAID as an additional part of MEDICARE? That is fraud. And the hacking of my laptop is CYBER CRIME, which the court has obviously done as well - when they blocked the laptop from uploading, so I could not use it to type a MOTION FOR DEFAULT, since the Defendant neither appeared orvanswered my small claim case, which violstes STATE LAW as well as RULES OF PRACTICE. The court still ruled in the non-appearing defendant's favor, even though they did not have an agent of record and they were not registered as a company in Connecticut!

8. I brought this up to Judge "CORDANI" when your office tried to illegally evict me in 2019 - a month after I submitted a letter to the state HOUSING office, which is only designed to feed the corruption, obviously! NOBODY HAS MY PERMISSION TO ENTER MY APARTMENT YET YOU MAKE IT COMMON PRACTICE!

9.  I won the housing case, which had no merit and the housing court should have refused to docket it! The judge was geld accountable to do his job! He had no intentions of doing his job! After all, he is tied up to the organized crime which set up former mayor of Waterbury, Phil Giordano, to get plastic eye surgery (which CIA operative Rand Paul is able to do and brags he does it for "charity" - is that what the "C" represents in CIA now? Everything else changes since Obama took office especially, to fraud, to hijack the government, the constitution, the country - AND COVER UP SEPTEMBER 11, SINC AMERICANS MURDERED OVER 3,000 PEOPLE AND BLAMED THE MIDDLE EAST TO APPEASE THE ILLUMINATI AGENDA OF COLLAPSING FIVE SPECIFIC COUNTRIES IN THE MIDDLE EAST; ONE OF WHICH IS PAKISTAN - AND THEY ARE NOW ERRONEOUSLY HOLDING IMRAN KHAN IN PRISON WITH FAKE CHARGES TO GET RID OF HIM TO CONTINUE THEIR AGENDA OF HIJACKING, AND TERRORIZING - WHICH ARE INTERNATIONAL CRIMES - SO THIS COUNTRY MANAGES TO HAVE INTERNATIONAL LAW DONE AWAY WITH!

10. The ruling on the housing case was PROOF the case had no merit to begin with! Any case that is docketed has to have probable cause (merit). Additionally, I had to apply for a fee waiver. In order to be approved, the case has to be determined as having probable cause, even though I was the defendant.

11. The first year I lived here, I was drugged a night I was stupid enough to volunteer for UNITED WAY (they emailed me a request). I could only recall a UNITED WAY EMPLOYEE telling me they insisted on giving me a ride home rather than catch a bus off Munson Street. Everything else was a blur. And I woke up to having my file cabinet vandalized, with all my files spread on my kitchen floor! What they may have done to me physically is another thing! This drugging and burglarizing my apartment has been done 3 times and I have documented this! The last incident being on election night - and I am sure I was raped when I was drugged because I had a severe vaginal (and bladder) infection. My temperature was 91 degrees. I saw my doctor's office right away, though the nurse practitioner had to take the appointment due to his busy schedule. I was just glad I could get treated for the infection, though she could not examine me. The urinalysis was enough to validate. She said there was MANY type of bacterial infections (in my urinalysis) Not just one - I presume more than one raped me. 

(like they did to me when I was unlawfully forced at the Yale Psyche Hospital, and I called someone when a young man who said he was suicidal, as NOT placed on suicide watch and his doctor, Helen SAVAGE - same one who applied to get me permanently committed all because I expose CORRUPTION - that young man slashed his arms so badly that he had to have them stapled; yet this "zoo" snuck him out and drove him to the hospital in a personal vehicle to cover up the doctor's crimes! Compromising his safety, threatening his life! He had to have 2 transfusions! And to retaliate against me, they drugged me up and a day later I woke, with my bed cover all torn apart and more)

13. MY KEY WAS NOT GIVEN TO ANYONE (by me). I have proven it when my keys when my keys have been stolen and mysteriously "found" - and your management refusrd to do anything about changing my lock. I only asked the concierge for the (spare) key in their workplace to unlock my door.

14. As I have mentioned, someone illegally entered and changed the boxsprings to my quern size bed! Changing them to a king size so I cannot even sleep on my bed because it cannot fit in the bedframe! The boxsprings were given to me, BRAND NEW, NOT EVEN OUT OF THE PACKAGE, while I was recovering from a torn hamstring caused by a man in front of me while Ibwas getting on the Metro North train. He obviously sprayed the floor with silicone, which can come in a can like W-D 40 and is easy to conceal. He was not successful killing me because I had a hold of the handrail. So what does Richard Blumenthal do? He made sure all Metro North trains were NOT set up with that safety measure - yet blaming the train for causing my injury - probably to enrich the state when I WAS THE ONE INJURED and none of the people in front of me had any problems with sliding. I literally would have slid into the other side, had it not been I had hold of the handrail and that man who caused it just wstched. Not grabbing me for support as I struggled trying to get my feet gripped on the floor - it was the silicone spray that would cause such harm; and his just standing there, and not even getting a seat, proved he did it.  I worried he was armed with a gun. I said nothing until thevparamedics placed me on a stretcher.  Though a police officer took my report before leaving the station, her (case number and)  report was literally deleted from the system!"  I was in so much pain, I did not think to ask for the case number, which is generally mandatory to give anyone, on the back of a police police business card. The ER doctor refused to  ultra treat it (FIVE HOURS AFTER I GOT TO THE ER, SUFFERING GREATLY FROM PAIN AND INTERNAL BLEEDING.) He said, "I will give you crutches to make you feel better" and told me I had to walk home from that hospital at midnight! Here I was transported there at 3 pm! Had it not been for an FBI agent I knew, I would have had no ultrasound to determine a torn hamstring. Instead, the doctor claimed Ibwas "just bleeding and there was too much blood to see damage." HE ALSO REFUSED TO ARRANGE AN URGENT VISIT AND MY WHITE LEG TURNED BLACK BEFORE I SAW A DOCTOR AT YALE, THREE WEEKS LATER. (Additiomally, this apartment building had many - frequent - false fire alarms - all of which I had to manually go down several flights of stairs!) I had a CT scan and the (resident doctor, Dr. Shah, very caring) called me an hour later and said I had to have surgery. Ibsaid, "You think I will have surgery at Yale, you're crazy. They will kill me!" As it turned out, a local surgeon (he referred me to, Dr. Wijisekera, whose ortho office is now compromised by a criminal practice that took it over) said I could heal at home, though it was not recommended. I said, "I am not recommending I be killed at Yale; so I will choose to stay home".  I was offered physical therapy (very successful) and was a few times very abused by the same driver who took me there - he looked like the former abusive police officer, who illicitly arrested me in 2006. (It was reported he died; he obviously had a fake death) This apparently was more obsession to harm me. Because the church I began attending, which was only a few blocks away, REFUSED TO BRING ME ANY FOOD OR HAVE SOMEONE VOLUNTEER TO GET GROCERIES FOR ME USING MY FOOD STAMP CARD, I needed to get my own groceries or starve. That SAME driver, said "no problem, I will pick you up in an hour." He not only did NOT, but I was refused a ride back home. I had to pay full price for a taxi, wuth a federal poverty level.income. I could not carry my bags to the taxi and had to help getting my grocery bags inside. Fortunately, the concierge who was on offered to take them to my apartment. That was the first time I got any help from a concierge. I did not even know that I could get groceries next door and use their cart to take them to my apartment (though maneuvering with crutches was indeed difficult and painful) Someone surely could have helped me, but it was obviously a rigged order not to help me. The concierge who helped had an RN license.  He told me my hamstring tear was a grade 4, when he saw my black leg.

15. To say this place is abusive, would be an understatement! The first and only Christmas party I attended, Dragana LaCore obviously had it rigged for me to win a $100 gift certificate. Since my winter gloves had been stolen out of my apartment, I said great, I will be able to get the winter gloves I need. I got a $50 pair, was given credit for the balance. That pair was stolen out of my apartment! I got a second pair - that pair was stolen out of my apartment! Both tomes, most likely wgen I used the cimputer roo., which they referred to as "the library" (I had a great AT&T router, great service, which was upheved by more ilkegal entries, stolen! Replaced with a horrible, defective router! Abd I had to use the computer in the computer room!)

16. I would leave this state if I had the money! I never wanted to move back to the East Coast. Life here has been hell! I cannot even find my wooden sewing box, which was hand-made and opened wirh many features. I purchased it in 1993!

The state police tried to get more audits and were denied. And thus began the people-scaping with the state police, to set things up for the Obama-fraud of over onevtrillion dollars - with the fake SANDY HOOK SHOOTING. Almost all of them were fake parents, including DAVID WHEELER, who impersonated FBI supervisory Agent William Aldenburg, who reported NOBODY DIED. Adam Lanza was not even a person. There was no shooter! Yet the state police (obviously having drastic administrative changes when non-complying-with-crimes police retired and more) assigned - all acted the part, obviously having rehearsed it well. And David Wheeler was not even arrested! Agent Aldenburg filed a case against him in Federal Court, I saw it on my own. This was nothing he discussed with me. The federal court not only dismissed it but deleted it from record! Another case showed up, a class action against Alex Jones, by FBI = WTF, since they PROSECUTE. They included Agent Aldenburg's name in the suit but he did not sign anything like others did.

17. I have lost so much personal time preparing documents due to all the corruption in this state, that has indeed harmed me (repeatedly!)

18. IN SUMMARY,

I AM REQUESTING WHAT IS A MATTER OF MY RIGHT AS A TENANT. The hand truck at the concierge desk is no more than 25" andcI can prove it can be rolled in and out of my apartment when my dresser is moved and the jugs of filled water and emergency unfiltered water are placed in my kutchen cupboards. There is so much vandalizing that occurs in my apartment! Abd the water is not safe! Your office even sent an email indicating "the gray water is safe to use" - which was beyond any type of logic, let alone professionalism. It is city water, contrary to what Dragana LaCore claimed they were getting directly from the ocean, and using their "approved" water purification processes to make the water even safer than the taps from the city water.

THEY ARE TACKING ON "Balance due" bullshit again. I pay the rent; they harm me for a year by not fixing, not maintaining - yet they illegally enter and vandalize, and change the filter in my washing machine - that doesn't need to be changed because I keep it clean, which no tenant I have spoken to even cleans. THAT SURE AS HELL IS NO EMERGENCY!

They were also mixing other people's containers, which had food in them! I clean all the containers! I have done that for decades because MINNESOTA REALLY RECYCLES, NOT LIKE THIS CORRUPTED EAST COAST! 

I took my clothes out of my dresser a month ago - to move it so maintenance can take out the washing machine THAT DOESN'T NEED REPAIR, SINCE THEY OBVIOUSLY REMOTELY TURNED IT OFF! THEY DO NOT NOTIFY ME OF WHEN THEY ARE COMING TO REPLACE IT! THEY HAVE VANDALIZED MY BATHROOM SO MANY TIMES! THEY TOOK THE FAUCETS APART; THE WATER SPRAYS ALL OVER; THEY BROKE THE SHOWER, THEY TOOK THE DRAIN COVER OUT AND REPLACED IT WITH A SPY DRAIN "WITH SENSORS" - ILLEGALLY ENTERING MY APARTMENT, HELPING THEIR DAMN SELVES - PROBABLY THE SAME ONES WHO RAPED ME WHEN THEY DRUGGED AND VANDALIZED MY APARTMENT! THIS IS NOT A FREE COUNTRY! WASHINGTON, DC IS RUN BY ORGANIZED CRIME! THE TECHNOCRACY ARE BACKUP CRIMINALS! 

THESE ARE TWO OF THE BAGS - THERE IS ANOTHER LARGE TRASH BAG FULL! I CANNOT PUT THEM IN THE TRASHROOM! THEY END UP BACK IN MY APARTMENT!

I tried to post more pictures but they are not here - I do not know if they nefariously posted them elsewhere. It is very difficult to post anything - even type anything! They have intercepted everything! That is CYBER CRIME! 

I will try one more time, but I cannot try again if this does not work. I have too much to do. 

They took the second garbage bag of plastics - no doubt to vandalize later! They stole some of my clothes! They stole supplies, personal papers, replaced with plastics or just left empty! 

I had two totes filled with clothes, taken out of my dresser! Now just one! 

Plastics put in a tote is a red flag they stole what was in the tote! 

I see - they prevented me from posting, to delete pictures!

They poison my food all the time! I purged my refrigerator a week ago. This jar of lentil bean soup was fine - this was definitely VANDALIZED. Had I eaten this before the poison developed, I expect i would be dead!

The illegal intruders replaced my healthy soil with dirt filled withhair, plastics, wood, etc! I threw it all out and replaced it with my healthy soil! This was an arduous task in this small apartment and i am still very weak with the flu! I left to see my doctor and they invade and vandalize, steal! 

Of course, they put a spoon in my garbage disposal - I try to make it a point to check it every time I return - but they stole the flashlight I rely on and I went to other things, forgetting about it. BASTARDS! THEY HAVE MADE ME SUFFER HERE SO MUCH!

It is horrible for the air! I needed to.push myself to clean this shit up! 

I shared other things they have recently done but I have been very sick and my wallet, charger cord, case with new flashdrives and sd cards,  and personal notebook - were stolen at this landlord's foodstore Thursday before last Thursday.  As I was leaving the social security office, the same man involved with the theft of my purse 2 years ago made his appearance to "prove" he is nice by opening the door "for" me. That store could have called me and told me it was there - my Driver's license along with other identifiers were in it!

He also told the store manager on that shift NOT to give me my purse, that I had to show ID! How stupid is that? 

I said, why didn't you look in the purse to see whose purse it was? 

This Bozo said, "It's none of my business" 

I Said, wtf, yes it is! THIS IS A PUBLIC PLACE! 

The shift manager spoke up for me and handed me the purse. BOZO was riffed. Not half as riffed as the shift manager, who thought BOZO made a complete a$$ of himself. The shift manager left 2 weeks later. Who can blame him! I hope he landed a decent job!

Bottled water had filmy liquid - gross. Looks like mucous!. I drank some of it because I knew it had pure water in it! Some pig illegally intruding did this! I expect this is what made me sick! I drank a few

 swallow. It was 3/4 full of water. Everything about this place is UNHEALTHY. Including 3 or more illegal mortgages on the property! 

Illegal intruders replaced my good soil with dirt! I threw it out! Some was growing fungus in it! See below:

This is my soil. I repotted this plant. 

They put a spoon in my garbage disposal! When i am gone 4 or more hours, they usually vandalize the garbage  disposal! I usually use my flashlight on it first thing. This time my flashlight was missing. I forgot to follow up right away. 

The hair in this old brush is not even mine! Most likely they bring illegal immigrants in my apartment, who behave like pigs and they don't care because they are pigs themselves. 

A straight pin was placed in this crockpot to obviously kill me if i combined it with food. 

Plastic was in this - obviously for the same reason. It is not a piece of the chopper, broken off. It was probably in the trash! 

This is really gross! My toilet brush was filled with this black hair! WTF were these illegal intruders doing? 

They ate this full, unopened Cool Whip leaving what was left obvious reflection "pigs were here"

They stole my scale and replaced it with a broken one! My scale did not need removable batteries! My whole rental unit was stolen! I have to get out of here, this is all organized crime in this crooked place! Life is such hell here! 

 

Batteries are rusted!

Glass is chipped - mine was in perfect condition! They continue to steal and illegally enter - the management office does nothing! My documented letters are ignored!

They replace what are stored in tote bags with plastic containers I put in recycling!I can't throw recycling out here because they take them to steal what little I have and replace with my thrown-out recycling! 

They reward liars, thieves - honest people are outcasted!  This country is being run by organized crime!

This is all ice and the window is frozen shut! But they rigged the windows to only open 3-4 inches. The windows are made to open much more, which would require screens. This was their cheap shot construction at work, which they did a lot of! Pocketing the money for themselves!

This is supposed to be a luxury apt bldg! Far from it! 

Windows are being covered with ice again BECAUSE THE MAINTENANCE TURNED OFF THE DEHYDRATORS! 

The manager who took a dump in my trash can last year denied they use dehydrators. I know better! I was told this by an honest employee - who left the company!

I just realized those maintenance bastards obviously accessed my devices yesterday when Ibwent to the bank! Dirty hands on the laptop, and debris like sawdust inside the laptop when I open it! 

The battery was fully charged when I left yesterday! 

They left windows open; they changed file names from Section8 to HAP! THEY ARE OBVIOUSLY OBSCUNDING FUNDS!

They deleted my Section 8 payments from March 2023 to the present, except 1 or 2 months - and changed those file names FROM SECTION 8 to HAP!  They do not want to be accountable! Most likely frauded records on my tenancy account! 

I will retrieve what I can from scanner file later. The laptop is off. 

Is 360 State Street the owner? No! Never! Bozzuto Group is the owner! They fraud records, take out illegal mortgages - there are THREE UNPAID MORTGAGES ON THE SAME DAMN PROPERTY, FUNNELED TO NON-OWNERS!

I am adding this to my blogpost on HOUSING RANT also! Along with emphasis they have urinated in my apple cider vinegar; the maint supervisor went to the bathroom in my trash can in my bathroom in January 2023! 

They do their own sewage treatment here, no kidding! Are they licensed? Did they get a license through pay-to-play? They make their own electricity too. When I tried to get energy assistance before their fuel cell was powered up, and had to pay for electricity, I asked for a letter indicating that, to submit to Energy Assistance, along with my electric billing WHICH HAD MY RESIDENCY ADDRESS ON IT. THE energy assistance said I did not qualify because their letter indicated I did not owe any electric! 

They would not change the letter and that employee was bumped up to manager! 

And when the fuel cell was powered up and they began charging electricity, they failed to submit it to the Section 8 admunistrator for on-site charges! I refused to pay -not only did they claim I owed no electricity when I did to the public utilities -  But  the lease claimed cooking electricity was free, and I think the Hvac.was. I said, how many meters do you have? You not only fail to sybmit this to the section 8 administrator but you fraudulent bill me! They refused to meet with me at the section 8 admin office and so did the crooked section 8!  I retained an attorney to get help arranging for a meeting and the bastard conspired with the landlord to try to get me evicted! I removed the attorney, defended myself, and won! Thank God I knew hotshots who cared! They held the crooked judge accountable, who was playing along with the mabager's fake 9-month pregnancy, refusing to continue the case because she could have her baby any day and she is visibly uncomfortable! 

Yet after I won, they told me the manager was on the other side of the state opening properties!

More pictures, the illegal entries are ongoing! There are 372 images. i want to comment on them but need a break. This took hours. I will spare the details why. Basicslly due to cyber crime. 

I make vanilla by placing beans in thw jars. My favorite one made was russian vodka. It is no longer available in USA. Good for Russia. US GOV is so corrupted. 

I was constantly getting these notices to "clean your computer" on my phone. This is CYBER CRIME. YOUTube calls them advertising!
