Update 8/6/2023: I had to amend the Motion To Vacate; even referring to it being amended - in my Emergency Motion For Cease And Desist - Storquest wants to auction my property off, never sending me a certified letter for that date, only one that was backdated or dishonestly pushed thru the postal system, then sent to my post office after they marked it all up! 

I finished amending it - most changes reflected references to Appendix, since I changed format to Appendix. But there were a few other changes because of CYBER CRIME altering words!  I now need to upload it on a separate blogpost, "Amended Motion To Vacate Dismissal" and I will post that blogpost link here when I am finished. It has to be e-mailed to the court and defendant - whoever the hell they are since they never filed or served me an appearance! 

And CIA is obviously sniffing, spying, invading, and corrupting using technocratic tricks and even the most simplest, like moving things in my apartment to cause a serious fall and kill me! Being aware of that prevents a lot of their criminal activity!

The Federal District Court did not even record my motion for Default on the docket before I appealed to Second Circuit Court since my Certiorari Constitutionality complaint got nowhere at the US Supreme Court! 

I only submitted one pleading, except for the Motion For Default 
- And they ordered ne to submit it as a complaint. I STILL REFERRED A REQUEST TO
TREAT IT AS AN APPLICATION FOR INJUNCTION

    The more sleezey/dishonest  they are, the more they order hits on people, and the more cowardly they are! 

But would they??? No! The judge treated me like a convicted criminal plus ordered a full blown trial!  Ordering all pretrial hearings! All to give Storquest time to sell my possessions! And then they could order the case as "moot" because my property was stolen and they got away with it!  I hate living here on the East Coast! I never wanted to return to this area! Never want to step foot in Upstate NY, where I was nearly murdered and only had siblings who cared about siphoning my lawsiut money ! I never got it and knew I never would! The attorneys were stalling for time to make my life as horrible, controlled, as possible! I said I am tired of the corruption and settled! The attorney didn't care! He usually represented the insuranxe company!  Family is supposed to kick.in and be supportive. Instead, siblings criticized me for not obeying the attorney! The attorney is supposed to be working for ypu! My siblings are all socialists, could have cared less about the brakes on my car being destroyed so I couldn't stop it, that the sander truck had a spotter and could tell him when to get in my lane to slam into my car! None of that mattered,because they were socially groomed and had no coversation with me, except to remind  me of how deserving they were to get money! My father said he didn't blame me. The corruption was that bad! And still is! And my siblings abandoned our father and let, even supported the pedophile priest to poison him! Obviously with a coumadin-type of poison, like arsenic! He was bleeding out and all they did was want him dead! Reason why, they couldn't get our father to help THEM anymore! So he was useless to them! I am venting, but please, don't take life for granted! Do not be abusive, and always be against war! Like USMC General Smedley Butler said, War Is A Racket! Thereafter, the CIA infiltrated USMC, recruiting traitors, so they get paid as CIA assets as well as their own paychecks -

Another alarm at 10:45pm - FALSE ALARM!

I woke at 4am, having dreamed that this landlird terrorized me again with police. What a horrible nightmare! 

Rotted raisins and/or some other rotted fruit were added to my container of nuts! I had to throw it out! 

An illegal intruder may have had rotted nuts mixture and replaced it! My nuts did not have any fruit - they were just nuts and some seeds! I often get them that way and add other packages. This time, I just left it with nuts and seeds. I didn't have other packages. 

Illegal intruders have been tampering with my food for years!

     I reached for a sanitized empty plastic container, which I store in a clean zippered storage sack - and found This! So I need to take everything out to see if they vandalized it more. I presume they recently did it because it is not moldy. They rushed in and put it in the hanging sack so nobody would catch them! Like theu did to a couple food containers, which I made it a point to leave "vandalized" notes on when I put them in the trash room. 

It isn't like they even took this out of my refrigerator, infected it with bugs. It was not in my refrigerator. I have had Country Crock in my refrigerator. They took it out of the trash somewhere.

My impression is that he uses the art of exaggeration to support his methods. I have not finished watching to draw a conclusion yet.
    He makes some good points,yet claiming a brain is fried from dopamine vs seratonin is over-the-top, which reduces my "trust meter" in what he says. The brain has a lot of elasticity and has ability to recover.

    Recognizing the cause for what it is - is half the battle. If you have a healthy support system, that is great - use it!
