Update 6Aug2023: the motion needed editing because the Appendix was reformatted before I submitted it. I forgot to fix the references. Maybe good thing I forgot because there were altered areas by CYBER CRIME. So I did that today. They vandalize my documents constantly when they can access them. It makes it all the more harder to defend my rights. This company founded by a pedophile sentenced to life in prison (but CIA and courts probably helped him get a new identity like they did for former mayor of Waterbury, Phil Giordano, and is a fugitive from Justice - which really isn't justice!
This is first page of my Motion For IFP to federal district court. They erroneously claimed I appealed. You cannot appeal a small claim lawsuit. They lie for convenience, to fraud records. Nevertheless, the case was docketed because the fee waiver was granted. No court will docket a case without payment. It is against court rules. The Second Circuit Court is being outright fraudulent, conspiring with the fraudulent federal district judge.
Update 10/15/2024: They did not include my.unit in that auction; instead they stole my possessions after getting away with REFUSING TO TAKE MY RENT PAYMENT!
Recently, in the past 6 months, much of the non-essentials I had in that unit were stuffed in my small apartment to add to the vandalism and abuse abd illegal entries they cause me here.
Meantime they conspire with Storquest, which TELLS me they are auctioning my possessions tomorrow, without even giving me a certified letter, but what's more, they have no legal right to my possessions! They terminated my lease and refused to reinstate it! All completely illegal, which makes these judges salivate! They love corruption!

The Superior Court violated laws by refusing to enter default judgment on my case against STORQUEST, which not only was not registered as a companyin Connecticut - had no agent of service!

More vandalism in my apartment.
They did the same thing to my heaters.
Due to this court case and other abusive matters, I haven't checked the rollers in my vacuum in the past month, so that is the time frame when they did this. My hair is not falling out! It is thicker than ever because I braid it alot. I vacuum or use a cleaning brush on my rug before I use the carpet cleaner. There is very little hair EVER that gets in the rollers or the plastic cover. Yet today is more proof they still vandalize my apartment. 😤
This phone is constantly interfering with my efforts so I better git while the gittin' is good.
I need to finish my appendix.
Just like they did to my heaters,

Today I need to finish the Appendix and complete forms the court wants for in-house processing....wish me luck. I have no energy to do it. It's like "Now you see it, Now you don't" processing in the courts. That is just how bad it got because Obama started by firing all district judges in Washington - to roll out his agenda. Kavanaugh was a district judge, or probably was a Clerk for the court when Vincent Foster was murdered and he covered up the investigation..
I didn't work on the Appendix. This project literally makes me sick to my stomach. I keep thinking, 'I can never rely on justice in these corrupted courts'

ORGANIZED CRIME REVENGE - FOR MY TRYING TO GET MY RIGHTS THROUGH COURT - how stupid of me to expect them to apply the law!
The pictures were blurred by CYBER CRIME. I had to keep doing different things to dodge nefarious AI!
Now they used AI to change the pictures so they are legible! Because they Lie, Fraud for organized crime!
No law or regulation cited to give them this right to tell me to drop what I am doing so they can invade my apartment!
Based on experiences, this is nothing I feel good about! The letter should have come from HUD, not the landlord! How the hell do I know who is really helping themselves to my apartment?

Update: When I called the case manager, to make sure my documents were received today, to process, she literally screamed for two minutes. I could not record it or put it on speaker because I - my phone just disrupted this so I had to save what I could -
I was in a public place, a beautiful one at that. Using their wifi
I checked for what was in auction but my unit couldn't be identified. Everything was trashed, like the company goes through them for valuables and steals like NAZIS and sells the rest!
But do the courts step in and stop their unlawful process of liens? No! The judges obviously are in pay-to-play schemes and more!
Storquest unlawfully terminated my lease! Adding requirement to pay insurance when I didn't even want insurance and it is not required on my lease! I had a unit there since 2013! They even sent invoicing PROVING I was not charged insurance! I will take a picture of one I enlarged and will post it here when I get around to it. I WILL SHOW A COPY OF MY LEASE, TOO - THEY WILL DEVISE SOME WAY TO PLAY ROLE-REVERSAL, AND SAY THEY KNOW, IT'S TERRIBLE WHAT HAPPENED TO HER....AND MAKE MONEY OFF IT!

So while I was out of my apartment, they took my glue gun and damaged my $450 curtains! That indeed is a Bozzuto-affiliated crime!
They did more, too!
I was able to remove both glue spots. It obviously had not cured yet. I soaked that area in a bowl of boiling water and kept working it off with a spoon, changing the water to remain hot. The glue melted enough to roll off with pressure and not harm the material.
This was vandalized. I only use my glue gun on the kitchen or bathroom floor or counter.
ALL GONE! YAY. 😁

The red light on the circuit is very visible in person -happened after I was in the lobby using wifi and the firefighters paid a visit to the building. I didn't have time to stop what I was doing to make sure my apartment wasn't going to be vandalized! The owner is upping the danger to me obviously - having vandalized so many things - plumbing in bathroom, washer and dryer don't work, poured glue on my carpet which has been a long project to fix, stained the carpet, and more. My hunch has been this building was built like Titanic - to implode! Destroy! And profit from those they kill! The Satanists do this. NAZIS are Satanists. It's Bisquick! Sometimes I mix flour in it to add volume when I run out. When I make waffles or pancakes, I add my sourdough discard to it, along with milk, oil, and an egg.

The illegal intruders applied glue on my rug! I had no choice but to cut it out. This is a very sturdy glue - you'll see they dripped it on my white cup also - the cup broke in a cery strange way.
I salvaged it by using it to hold my soap. But it pisses me off they dripped the glue on it.
If you pour really hot water over the affected area before mending with an upholstery/carpet needle, it helps the loose fibers to find theirbway back.into.the carpet. My father sold carpets and had a repair expert. I enjoyed rides to his jobs because I.liked to make things at an early age. Dad's knee was turned to hamburger wgen it was hit with shrapnel. Despite that, he did a lot of work that caused more suffering because he had no one he could depend on.at times. Unfortunately, siblings considered him as unuseful to them anymore. Abandoning him when he needed them most. He got little in return for their self-centered lives.

I CALLED THE CASE MANAGER. RATHER THAN RESPOND TO MY INQUIRY THEY RECEIVED MY DICUMENTS, SHE LITERALLY SCREAMED ON TGE PHONE FOR 2 MINUTES! I AM NOT KIDDING! I WISH I HAD RECORDED IT!
STORQUEST STOLE MY BELONGINGS, GOT AWAYVWITH ILLEGALLY TERMINATING MY LEASE! AND THE COURT COULD CARE LESS ABOUT ALL THE LAWS BROKEN!
THEY MAKE UP THEIR OWN!
Nobody will respond. They leave th office when I go there! I got no i formation on them selling my prossessions - they were not even shown at their online auction, so they must have stolen everything for themselves!
The co-founder iof Storquest, Warren Jeffs, was convicted and sentenced to life in prison without parole.
Yet is he - or did the CIA give him a new identity too, like they did for Phil Giordano in Connecticut - making his name Dan/David Cordani - he used both names as a fist name - yet the technocracy washed out most or all incidences of using "Dan Cordani" and kept Savid Cordani as a CONSISTENT LIE.

Update to follow -the maintenance finally checked out my washing machine...and proved it was an inside job. I will explain tomorrow.
Twice I went to Storquesr and they left the office before I got there. The second time I was badly injured and because my shoe was melted, it was obviously some kind of laser.

My kitchen cupboards and appliances were covered with a filfthy, oily substance! This may have been from the obvious chemtrailing they did this week. When I went out on the 8th, it was particularly gross! I didn't go shopping. I just went to the post office and bank.
I didn't think of taking "before" pictures and cleaned for at least an hour before I thought of taking any pictures.
This substance may be a precurser to laser weaponry - to make it more effective!
Even though I had been cleaning gor an hour, and got up a lot of crud, there was still crud left, similar to a blow-back on a furnace - that spreads soot all around. I can't take a shower because I am still trying to clean the clothes these bastards contaminated, one by one - because others coming out of my washing machine were untouched! I will take final pictures wgen they are dry. Rubbing the black "soot" in the vaginal areas of my underwear was one of the things they did! They have cut my clothes and underwear, stolen clothes, and more!
The plastic containers I saved turned into a huge amount! They were obviously taking them from trash!
Also replacing zippered bags with the plastics and stealing more of my things!
3 small air conditioners are gone! They CLEANED the air, not like what they do to tenants, or SELECT tenants, here!
The filters worked well and I had to clean them often! Even my fans get filfthy just from circulating the air!

I checked the clothes I have been washing for two days....
These were cleaned and rinsed 3 times despite not having that black unk substance, which is probably a black oil-based paint! They mark things black in my apartment frequently!

The washing machine door is electronically locked!
I haven't even washed these jeans yet - untouched with that black oily paint! That is more proof they literally took things out one at a time and marked them up! Maybe using my black wall paint. I purchased a quart from Sherman Williams for craft projects.
