Book: The Lost Ways....I'm on pp's 25-27 about making hard tack as a staple. That way is lost for a reason, people! If you want to also lose your teeth and feel like you're in prison, go for it! I suggest you make croutons. They are not only good for salads but you could use them for snacking in a pinch. The seasoning you use are great for health - rosemary, garlic, paprika, abd so on. Lavena Johnson was murdered! Her father EXAMINED every inch of her body when they delivered her body from Iraq. I question it took him 3 years to get her body! There are laws regarding this! And when I read about this years ago, the article did NOT say he didn't get her body for three years, yet there was a substantial length of time, like 6 months. 1. I think CIA has rittled the family I grew up with since CIA started.My uncle probably became a CIA operative way back, when it started. He had two sons. One born in the mid 50's abd the other born late 50's. He claimed the second one was autistic from agent orange. I saw how he man-handled him and I would say that son was traumatized. Most likely the CIA paid him using the agent orange in USMC compensation as reason. I found out recently there was a ship named same thing as his name; Prof Mercogliano @mercoglianos reported that "hero" ship just took down a ship that was a threat while, I think, in RUSSIAN WATERS. USA had no business being there, so that perked my attention. Then he said the name of the ship. I thought WTF. I looked it up - that ship was not only retired but dismantled and sold for parts according to internet. I sent messages to Prof Mercogliano, telling him this was another time he didn't check facts. I provided the resources I found. I suggested if he has affiliated with CIA, he faces a dynamic where they will use you and throw you away like trash! My uncle probably made a good "whore" for info and unfortunately used my father and his family to manipulate, socially engineer. Yet it was 50-50, I think. My siblings had the same rights as I did.
For them as adults to abandon and conspire to kill their own father is reason I have nothing to do with them. The social nuggets they got were more important than family. And now - society reaks of its corruption so badly that it is like the dead skunk in the middle of the road!
