That flight eventually took off out of JFK 9/11/2001 at 8:42am wheels up (looked at my watch as we do), on climb out we suddenly jolted and took a nose dive then jolted again, and began ascent again. I went up to cockpit right after they turned off seat belt sign still shaken, to enquire what had happened?? They were pale and visibly still shaken as well, and said they didn't know as soon as they were making their ascent turn towards Manhattan they near missed an aircraft flying fast out of control and crazy. They would later say during our sequester in Ohio for 4 days that we all came very close to death that day. More happened that day, during and after we landed that made no sense, and like the the Flight Attendant in this video said, followed no standard established safety protocols. I was so upset by the obvious set up I also stopped flying shortly afterwards, as I no longer felt protected by anyone or anything controlling things!! This is all true. In closing I must add. As airline personell we are required to take an emergency review class 8-5pm, once a year, required by the Federal government. At the end of this review we take mandatory emergency operations, and safety protocols, hijacking, ditching, plane configurations, operation of plane doors and all emergency equipment exams. Including a brush up in CPR certification. Now during this course they did something they have never in 30 years, ever done!! This was the last Friday in August 2001. During the hijacking part of the class, they constantly were making more of being aware of the threats of some middle eastern man named Osama Bin Laden. I was so taken back by this rather off program, and strange kind of focus they were, and kept placing on this particular middle eastern man looking at soft targets like air travel, who I had never heard of. So I asked my instructor, "why are you focusing on this one particular guy so much?? I have never seen anyone actually named like this before. Who is he exactly, and is there something specific we should know about him? " The response, "oh no just using him as a reference". Very strange, and again all trueI! I Worked for TWA until American took us over, but we were still flying under TWA plane paint white and red. I Was badly injured on the sharp descent we took flying into Dayton after being ordered to land about 10:00am or so by an F16 over our left wing. I can assure you all these incidents happened to me that fateful day. I am not saying them to agre nor disagree with the woman being interviewed. I will say that having been a flight attendant 30 years on 9/11 flying in TWA flight 3 that morning. My airplane made frightening maneuvers to avoid FLIGHT 11. We came extremely close to a horrific mid air collision on climb out. We should have never been allowed to take off at 8:40am from JFK a/p in NYC with 3 airplanes having their transponders turned OFF!!!! My proof lies on the Air traffic controllers tapes of that morning that are public record. You can clearly hear my Captain's voice both asking for permission to ascent (take off) and as we were ascending he comes in clearly to request his vector coordinates on turn. Vector meaning due east northeast, West etc... I can tell you that we came very close to being confused with flight 93 and shot down. We had a visible F16 off our left wing forcing us to immediately emergency land in Dayton Ohio. Giving us 18 minutes to do so. Asking our pilots if we had any Arab or middle eastern pax on board. I whispered to My captain no. But then told him off tape I didn't have a good feeling about that question being that the company's flight manifest was easy for the air force to come by? I later discovered this question and that F16 incident strangely coincided with the time frame of Flight 93!!. I assure Yall I wish I was making this all up!! It haunts me every September for 16 years, also I got injured standing for landing as I didnt want to make my self an easy strapped in sitting target. Prince, 40, the heir to a Michigan auto-parts fortune, told Vanity Fair that Xe now pays $2 million a month in legal bills. The company is headquartered in Moyock, in northeastern North Carolina.
“I put myself and my company at the CIA’s disposal for some very risky missions,” Prince told Vanity Fair. “But when it became politically expedient to do so, someone threw me under the bus.”
Blackwater was identified in reports this summer as a participant in a secret CIA program that sought to use special teams of assassins to kill or capture al-Qaida leaders overseas. The program was halted in July after CIA Director Leon Panetta privately briefed congressional leaders about the effort and acknowledged that under the Bush administration, the agency had kept lawmakers in the dark.
Current and former intelligence officials have acknowledged the program existed in three forms over the past decade but was never fully operational. “The only trigger that got pulled — the only one that was ever even close to being pulled — was the one that finally killed the whole idea,” a source said Wednesday.
Prince said this year that he would relinquish involvement in the company’s day-to-day business, and company spokeswoman Stacy DeLuke said Wednesday that Prince also plans to give up some of his ownership rights. He is considering becoming a high-school teacher.

Confronting His Abuser, on Tape; Voice of Anguish Demands Remorse of Priest and Bishop

For more than a year, victims have spoken loud and clear in the sexual abuse scandal enveloping the Roman Catholic Church in the United States. Their voices have been heard at news conferences, in interviews, at a meeting of the nation's bishops in Dallas last summer. The abusive priests, meanwhile, have remained largely silent.
But now, a victim has come forward with a series of tape recordings he made during meetings with his abuser -- a priest in the Diocese of Albany -- and the bishop of the diocese, Howard J. Hubbard. The tapes offer a rare glimpse into the private emotions of the victim, and the efforts of the bishop to deal with him.
In releasing the tapes, the victim, Curtis Oathout, decided to identify himself publicly for the first time. He had remained anonymous in court papers filed in a lawsuit against the diocese and in talking about his case earlier with reporters.
''I'm going to start wearing my history like a badge rather than a burden,'' Mr. Oathout said on Thursday. ''Look, I'm a victim-survivor of this abuse, and I'm not going to hide it anymore, absolutely.''

The tapes portray a troubled man alternately demanding justice, doggedly pursuing information about what the diocese knew about his abuser, berating the bishop and venting his anguish, as well as asking for financial help. They portray a predator priest stammering out apologies, grudgingly discussing his sexual disorder and trying to appease his angry victim. They reveal a bishop listening patiently and insisting he is doing all he can to help.
Mr. Oathout, now 39, said he was abused from the age of 9 until he was about 16 by the Rev. David L. Bentley, now 60. He first told the diocese about the abuse in 1993 and received a confidential $150,000 settlement the following year. Last spring, as the scandal spread, Mr. Oathout returned to the diocese to urge officials there to track down other priests from the diocese who he said had abused him.
Starting in the spring, Mr. Oathout met with a church-affiliated social worker some 80 times, had a score of meetings with Bishop Hubbard and received more than $225,000 in payments. The diocese said the money was given to help a deeply troubled man; Mr. Oathout said he had come to think that the money was part of an effort to keep him quiet.
Almost all the meetings he taped took place from last April to November, before he hired John Aretakis, a New York City lawyer representing dozens of people who are accusing Albany priests of abuse.

Mr. Oathout and Mr. Aretakis said they could not discuss the tapes now because on Feb. 10 the judge hearing Mr. Oathout's case, Justice Joseph C. Teresi of State Supreme Court in Albany, issued a broad warning against any public comment.
The diocese, asked to respond to the tapes, said in a statement that their accuracy, completeness, context and sequence had not been verified. It took note of Judge Teresi's warning, and said that reporting on them could prejudice a jury in lawsuits. ''Therefore we will await a fair evaluation of the facts in court rather than have the matter tried in the news media,'' said the statement from Ken Goldfarb, director of communications for the diocese.

• U.S. Investigations: About 20 state attorneys general, including those in Illinois and Maryland, have mounted investigations that have cataloged decades of abuse. Here are the implications as the results start rolling out.
• A Change to Church Law: Pope Francis expanded and made permanent a 2019 law that seeks to hold religious figures and lay Catholic leaders responsible if they commit or cover up some cases of sexual abuse.
• Commission on Sex Abuse: Since Francis created his Commission for the Protection of Minors in 2014, the staff has occupied cramped offices. In moving to a palazzo, the organization is hoping to be more visible and welcoming to victims.
When he first released some tapes in the weeks before the warning, Mr. Oathout said that diocesan officials were well aware that he had taped them. In one recording, he is heard telling them that he is doing so.
Mr. Oathout has also said he made the tapes partly because he was not good at taking notes, partly to have a record of officials acknowledging that the abuse took place and partly because he did not trust them. He has said he wanted to release the tapes in an effort to support his position that the diocese did not deal fairly with him.

Last April 11, in one of his first meetings with Bishop Hubbard, Mr. Oathout pressed the bishop about why no action had been taken against other priests who Mr. Oathout said had abused him. He said that he told the bishop about those priests in 1994, an assertion that the diocese has publicly denied.
BISHOP HUBBARD -- I'm not denying that you did. I'm saying I can't remember. I would have done the same thing in '93.
MR. OATHOUT -- You told me if you can't remember names it would be hard to find out. A person like me doesn't forget that. That burns in my soul.
BISHOP HUBBARD -- I'm not denying you said it. I don't have a recollection of it.
Mr. Oathout complained that after his report in 1993 about Father Bentley, he was not told that Father Bentley continued to serve as a priest.

MR. OATHOUT -- You abandoned me. When I asked you for help, Bishop, spiritual help . . . I felt God abandoned me, Bishop. . . . Does he care?
BISHOP HUBBARD -- But I do.
MR. OATHOUT -- But you don't.
BISHOP HUBBARD -- I do care. But obviously I have not manifested that care. But that doesn't mean I don't care. But what I'd like to do is manifest that care from this point forward.
On May 10, Mr. Oathout confronted Father Bentley at diocesan offices. He was seeking an apology, an acknowledgment of the priest's wrongdoing and details of other abuse he had committed.
MR. OATHOUT -- Many days I just want to be dead, just dead, even around my family. For all these things I feel so angry. . . . You harmed me so bad, it hurts, to my core. I demand you talk to me.

FATHER BENTLEY -- I will.
MR. OATHOUT -- I demand that you help me out. Right now.
FATHER BENTLEY -- Today is your day.
MR. OATHOUT -- Today is my day. It's my life. I've spent my life in torment.
Later during that same meeting:
MR. OATHOUT -- I want some things answered. It's my turn to take advantage of your vulnerability now. Do you know how much pain you've caused me in my life?
FATHER BENTLEY -- I do.
MR. OATHOUT -- List it. Go ahead, I'm listening.
FATHER BENTLEY -- The pain that I caused you?
MR. OATHOUT -- Uh-huh.
FATHER BENTLEY -- Primarily, O.K., you had a very high regard for me until all of this started, and I, my inappropriate actions, blew you out of the water with that. That's the main thing.

Father Bentley said he met Mr. Oathout as a teenager. Mr. Oathout angrily disputed that, and the priest would only acknowledge that Mr. Oathout was 10 or 11.
MR. OATHOUT -- You see what this does to me? Do you see it? Did you know or do you know what you did was wrong?
FATHER BENTLEY -- Yes.
MR. OATHOUT -- You did not.
FATHER BENTLEY -- I think most of the time, Curt, when those actions happened, I apologized to you. I said I'm sorry, O.K., you know, in the morning. Many times I said I'm sorry.
The diocese has never said how many boys were abused by Father Bentley, although it paid settlements to two of Mr. Oathout's brothers. Mr. Oathout asks the priest how many boys he abused, and the priest tells him seven. Under Mr. Oathout's questioning, Father Bentley says he spoke of the abuse during confession in 1974 and was treated by a church therapist as early as 1978. The diocese has said it learned of Father Bentley's abuse in 1986.

Later in the meeting, Father Bentley tries to explain his actions.
FATHER BENTLEY -- I'm willing to sit down and try to understand, to try to help Curt understand what I was going through. I was not aware of what I suffered from. My problem, O.K., Curt, you know, and you haven't asked this question, O.K., but you know, what I've learned in my therapy is that I suffer from very immature sexual development, and that goes back to when I was a kid. Nothing happened to me, but my sexual development was arrested in terms of probably when I was 7, 8 years old. One of the things that I have learned, O.K., you know, it was very easy for me to relate to young people.
MR. OATHOUT -- A boy, a little boy. Who needed his innocence, who needed to be left alone. Who was vulnerable, who needed a friend, who only needed a friend.
At one point, Mr. Oathout called the abuse a pain that ''clouded'' his life, and before the tape ran out, he issued a warning.
MR. OATHOUT -- Don't you ever hurt another kid in your life, don't you ever, you'd better not. You better not, you'll be seeing me . . . if I ever hear of you hurting another kid, and I mean that. . . . I mean that, Bentley, you just look in my eyes and see that.

FATHER BENTLEY -- I know you're serious.
MR. OATHOUT -- Oh, you better know I'm serious.
On June 4, Mr. Oathout received a $75,000 check from the diocese to buy a mobile home. Two days later, he met with Bishop Hubbard.
MR. OATHOUT -- I want you to know how honest I want you to be with me, Bishop, like a father would be with a son. All right? Think of me as your real son. Would you let this happen to your blood? And after it did, how upset would you be? What would you do to people who molested me? What would you do to their bosses who covered it up for them and let me down?
For many victims, an excruciating issue is whether someone knew that their abusers were a threat. Mr. Oathout struggled to find out when the diocese knew of Father Bentley's abuse. Bishop Hubbard said it was not known until 1986.
MR. OATHOUT -- Did you or did you not tell me you knew about me before that, but you did not contact victims to upset their life?

BISHOP HUBBARD -- I knew he abused children, but I didn't exactly, I didn't know who they were.
MR. OATHOUT -- He didn't come clean. Bentley never came clean before I even came to you. He never came clean to the church.
BISHOP HUBBARD -- He told me there were other victims, yes.
MR. OATHOUT -- He didn't give names.
BISHOP HUBBARD -- Not to me.
MR. OATHOUT -- Not to you. To any church official?
BISHOP HUBBARD -- Not that I know of. But, I would know this, that I said, one of the first times that I had the case shown to me, I had a list of names of everybody that was abused, and I started to approach every one of them. And I stopped after the second because certain people were not ready to do that to their lives.
Mr. Oathout said that the church therapist knew about Father Bentley's abuse.
BISHOP HUBBARD -- Nobody, nobody in the diocese knew.

MR. OATHOUT -- Nobody knew? Except for the diocese doctor that he went to, he admitted going to.
BISHOP HUBBARD -- Well, he might've done that on his own.
MR. OATHOUT -- No, he said it right here.
BISHOP HUBBARD -- I would not be privy if he goes on his own to a psychiatrist or a psychologist. I'm not privy to that.
Mr. Oathout demanded that Father Bentley, who was removed from a New Mexico parish in April, never again serve as a priest.
MR. OATHOUT -- You're going to go before God, Bishop. And you're going to answer for this guy. For keeping him. All of you guys are going to answer for that, Bishop. . . . Let me just say this, Bishop: Let my face be in every sleeping and waking moment of your existence.

Donald Trump and Narcissistic Personality Disorder: An Interview with Sam Vaknin

Shmuel Ben David “Sam” Vaknin is an authority on the subject of narcissism, having written the widely read and very favorably reviewed book, Malignant Self Love: Narcissism Revisited and Narcissistic and Psychopathic Leaders. He may be described as a polymath, with extraordinary expertise (and experience) in abnormal psychology, and with focuses including temporal physics and politics (See his Web site, YouTube site, and Wikipedia bio).
Some see Donald Trump's behavior in the media and become concerned. I recently had the opportunity to discuss him with Sam Vaknin.
AW: Psychiatrists are generally precluded from publicly discussing their opinions or findings concerning individuals' mental illnesses. But Dr. Vaknin, your expertise comes by over twenty years of focused study of Narcissistic Personality Disorder (NPD) free of such inhibition.
You have related grave concerns about one of our Republican presidential candidates. I think anyone might connect narcissism with Donald Trump as a fairly obvious and perhaps innocuous trait. But you mean something else.
Vaknin: I do. I was the first to introduce pathological narcissism into the terms of the political debate with my July 2008 essay where I suggested that Obama may be a narcissist. Obama is intelligent and prosocial. Trump clams to be the former, but he is definitely not the latter. I regard him as much more of a menace than Obama ever was to the future of the USA and, by extension, the world. I am shocked that -- despite an increasing awareness of the dangers of narcissism in the media and in the public -- Trump is still making any headway in this election cycle.
AW: What is NPD and how "malignant," as your book title implies, is it?
Vaknin: The latest, fifth, edition (2013) of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual (DSM) -- the classificatory bible of psychology in North America -- has done an excellent job of revamping the definition of NPD by introducing a dimensional description of the disorder. But, the diagnostic criteria from the previous, fourth, edition of the DSM are more accessible to laymen. So, here they are, updated with the latest knowledge we have about this pernicious disorder. You can easily see Trump writ large in each and every one of the nine criteria.
The narcissist ...
• Feels grandiose and self-important (e.g., exaggerates accomplishments, talents, skills, contacts, and personality traits to the point of lying, demands to be recognized as superior without commensurate achievements)
• Is obsessed with fantasies of unlimited success, fame, fearsome power or omnipotence, unequaled brilliance (the cerebral narcissist), bodily beauty or sexual performance (the somatic narcissist), or ideal, everlasting, all-conquering love or passion
• Firmly convinced that he or she is unique and, being special, can only be understood by, should only be treated by, or associate with, other special or unique, or high-status people (or institutions)
• Requires excessive admiration, adulation, attention and affirmation – or, failing that, wishes to be feared and to be notorious (Narcissistic Supply)
• Feels entitled. Demands automatic and full compliance with his or her unreasonable expectations for special and favorable priority treatment
• Is "interpersonally exploitative," i.e., uses others to achieve his or her own ends
• Devoid of empathy. Is unable or unwilling to identify with, acknowledge, or accept the feelings, needs, preferences, priorities, and choices of others
• Constantly envious of others and seeks to hurt or destroy the objects of his or her frustration. Suffers from persecutory (paranoid) delusions as he or she believes that they feel the same about him or her and are likely to act similarly
• Behaves arrogantly and haughtily. Feels superior, omnipotent, omniscient, invincible, immune, "above the law," and omnipresent (magical thinking). Rages when frustrated, contradicted, or confronted by people he or she considers inferior to him or her and unworthy
AW: How likely do you believe it is that Donald Trump has NPD, and why? Can you surmise how far up or down the NPD scale he may be?
Vaknin: I have watched 600 hours of video of Trump. Here are my preliminary clinical observations:
Trump confabulates a lot and has grandiose fantasies, which he has come to believe in, thus partially and intermittently losing touch with reality (delusionally "failing the reality test").
Trump is hypervigilant to the point of paranoia, besieged by conjured enemies and imaginary slights to his person, appearance, or accomplishments. He reacts aggressively and vindictively to such perceived narcissistic injuries and humiliations. His is a siege mentality.
Trump is a compulsive attention-seeker and will go to any extreme to obtain it.
Trump is counterdependent: he abhors authority, rules, traditions, and "The Establishment" and rebels against them vociferously and ostentatiously. He is manifestly defiant and abrasive.
Trump talks about himself in the third person ("Trump will do this") and often uses the royal "we" to refer to himself. His first person pronoun density (the number of times he uses "I," "me," and "myself" in a conversation or in interviews) is the highest I have ever heard from any politician, Obama included.
Trump places a premium on appearances rather than on substance.
Trump is highly somatic and hypochondriac as he emphasizes the way he dresses and refrains from damaging his shrine-like body by consuming substances like alcohol or nicotine. He is self-worshiping and painfully self-conscious.
Trump is disproportionately aggressive, hypersensitive, and defensive, faking superiority which, in all probability is compensatory: it masks a deep and unsettling sense of inferiority and extreme awareness of and an agonizing dependence upon what other people think of him ("thin skin").
Trump lacks empathy and clearly enjoys embarrassing and hurting other people gratuitously. Such antisocial misconduct makes him feel (and, in his mind, actually renders him) all-powerful and God-like ("omnipotent").
Trump has an inordinately developed "cold empathy": the kind of an "x-ray vision" that allows him to immediately spot the vulnerabilities, weaknesses, and chinks in the armor of his interlocutors, adversaries, partners, and enemies and to leverage this knowledge to his benefit by penetrating their defenses. He therefore resonates powerfully and intimately with the hidden hopes, dreams, fantasies, delusions, and negative emotions (rage, hatred, fear) of his "constituencies." He is a consummate predator.
To my mind, Trump is the most perfect example I have ever come across of a malignant and, probably, psychopathic narcissist. Of course, he cannot be fully and assuredly diagnosed this way. Only a qualified mental health diagnostician can determine whether someone suffers from Narcissistic Personality Disorder (NPD) and this, following lengthy tests and personal interviews. But the overwhelming preponderance of presenting symptoms and visual and textual evidence for tentative profiling is definitely there.
AW: Mr. Trump is renowned for his personal attacks through mass media including his Twitter account. He has recently threatened two other wealthy men with reprisals for behavior he purports to be against him: Tom Ricketts (also, Ricketts' family) allegedly for "secretly" spending money in opposition to his political ambitions, and also Jeff Bezos, whose Washington Post has editorialized against his candidacy. Also, one doesn't usually associate narcissism with violence, but Trump has apparently come out for ordering our military and/or intelligence personnel to murder the families of terrorist combatants, also to torture supposed terrorists in ways "a hell of a lot worse than waterboarding." These are regarded as war crimes. Does this suggest problems in his make-up beyond NPD?
Vaknin: All narcissists lack emotional empathy and are, to some extent, anti-social. Many narcissists are somewhat psychopathic and, therefore, sadistically prone to violence. They get a high and derive an almost sexual gratification from wielding power and inflicting pain and humiliation on others. It sustains their grandiose fantasy of omnipotence (that they are Godlike, all-powerful). That's why many narcissists are litigious, threaten "their enemies" incessantly, seek to embarrass and humiliate them in public, stalk them, and harass them recurrently. Narcissists have a black and white view of the world: if you are not 100% with me, you are 110% the enemy (this is known as "splitting" in the psychological jargon). Trump strikes me as this type of narcissist.
AW: Is it your considered opinion that Donald Trump would represent a significant danger were he to become president of the United States of America and if so, how?
Vaknin: You just have to look at Trump's business history to extrapolate America's future under a President Trump. Narcissists are unstable and go through repeated cycles of self-destruction (with other people usually paying the heft of the price). Narcissists tend to be divisive, vindictive, confrontational, aggressive, hate-filled, raging, incoherent, judgment-impaired, and irrational. Narcissists are junkies: they are addicted to attention ("Narcissistic Supply") and will go to any extreme to secure it. Narcissists are liars, confabulators, and miserable failures (although some of them, like Trump, are geniuses at disguising the fact that they are, in fact, losers). Is this the kind of person you want in the White House?

Psychiatrists are generally precluded from publicly discussing their opinions or findings concerning individuals' mental illnesses. But Dr. Vaknin, your expertise comes by over twenty years of focused study of Narcissistic Personality Disorder (NPD) free of such inhibition.
You have related grave concerns about one of our Republican presidential candidates. I think anyone might connect narcissism with Donald Trump as a fairly obvious and perhaps innocuous trait. But you mean something else.
Vaknin: I do. I was the first to introduce pathological narcissism into the terms of the political debate with my July 2008 essay where I suggested that Obama may be a narcissist. Obama is intelligent and prosocial. Trump clams to be the former, but he is definitely not the latter. I regard him as much more of a menace than Obama ever was to the future of the USA and, by extension, the world. I am shocked that -- despite an increasing awareness of the dangers of narcissism in the media and in the public -- Trump is still making any headway in this election cycle.
AW: What is NPD and how "malignant," as your book title implies, is it?
Vaknin: The latest, fifth, edition (2013) of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual (DSM) -- the classificatory bible of psychology in North America -- has done an excellent job of revamping the definition of NPD by introducing a dimensional description of the disorder. But, the diagnostic criteria from the previous, fourth, edition of the DSM are more accessible to laymen. So, here they are, updated with the latest knowledge we have about this pernicious disorder. You can easily see Trump writ large in each and every one of the nine criteria.
The narcissist ...
• Feels grandiose and self-important (e.g., exaggerates accomplishments, talents, skills, contacts, and personality traits to the point of lying, demands to be recognized as superior without commensurate achievements)
• Is obsessed with fantasies of unlimited success, fame, fearsome power or omnipotence, unequaled brilliance (the cerebral narcissist), bodily beauty or sexual performance (the somatic narcissist), or ideal, everlasting, all-conquering love or passion
• Firmly convinced that he or she is unique and, being special, can only be understood by, should only be treated by, or associate with, other special or unique, or high-status people (or institutions)
• Requires excessive admiration, adulation, attention and affirmation – or, failing that, wishes to be feared and to be notorious (Narcissistic Supply)
• Feels entitled. Demands automatic and full compliance with his or her unreasonable expectations for special and favorable priority treatment
• Is "interpersonally exploitative," i.e., uses others to achieve his or her own ends
• Devoid of empathy. Is unable or unwilling to identify with, acknowledge, or accept the feelings, needs, preferences, priorities, and choices of others
• Constantly envious of others and seeks to hurt or destroy the objects of his or her frustration. Suffers from persecutory (paranoid) delusions as he or she believes that they feel the same about him or her and are likely to act similarly
• Behaves arrogantly and haughtily. Feels superior, omnipotent, omniscient, invincible, immune, "above the law," and omnipresent (magical thinking). Rages when frustrated, contradicted, or confronted by people he or she considers inferior to him or her and unworthy
AW: How likely do you believe it is that Donald Trump has NPD, and why? Can you surmise how far up or down the NPD scale he may be?
Vaknin: I have watched 600 hours of video of Trump. Here are my preliminary clinical observations:
Trump confabulates a lot and has grandiose fantasies, which he has come to believe in, thus partially and intermittently losing touch with reality (delusionally "failing the reality test").
Trump is hypervigilant to the point of paranoia, besieged by conjured enemies and imaginary slights to his person, appearance, or accomplishments. He reacts aggressively and vindictively to such perceived narcissistic injuries and humiliations. His is a siege mentality.
Trump is a compulsive attention-seeker and will go to any extreme to obtain it.
Trump is counterdependent: he abhors authority, rules, traditions, and "The Establishment" and rebels against them vociferously and ostentatiously. He is manifestly defiant and abrasive.
Trump talks about himself in the third person ("Trump will do this") and often uses the royal "we" to refer to himself. His first person pronoun density (the number of times he uses "I," "me," and "myself" in a conversation or in interviews) is the highest I have ever heard from any politician, Obama included.
Trump places a premium on appearances rather than on substance.
Trump is highly somatic and hypochondriac as he emphasizes the way he dresses and refrains from damaging his shrine-like body by consuming substances like alcohol or nicotine. He is self-worshiping and painfully self-conscious.
Trump is disproportionately aggressive, hypersensitive, and defensive, faking superiority which, in all probability is compensatory: it masks a deep and unsettling sense of inferiority and extreme awareness of and an agonizing dependence upon what other people think of him ("thin skin").
Trump lacks empathy and clearly enjoys embarrassing and hurting other people gratuitously. Such antisocial misconduct makes him feel (and, in his mind, actually renders him) all-powerful and God-like ("omnipotent").
Trump has an inordinately developed "cold empathy": the kind of an "x-ray vision" that allows him to immediately spot the vulnerabilities, weaknesses, and chinks in the armor of his interlocutors, adversaries, partners, and enemies and to leverage this knowledge to his benefit by penetrating their defenses. He therefore resonates powerfully and intimately with the hidden hopes, dreams, fantasies, delusions, and negative emotions (rage, hatred, fear) of his "constituencies." He is a consummate predator.
To my mind, Trump is the most perfect example I have ever come across of a malignant and, probably, psychopathic narcissist. Of course, he cannot be fully and assuredly diagnosed this way. Only a qualified mental health diagnostician can determine whether someone suffers from Narcissistic Personality Disorder (NPD) and this, following lengthy tests and personal interviews. But the overwhelming preponderance of presenting symptoms and visual and textual evidence for tentative profiling is definitely there.
AW: Mr. Trump is renowned for his personal attacks through mass media including his Twitter account. He has recently threatened two other wealthy men with reprisals for behavior he purports to be against him: Tom Ricketts (also, Ricketts' family) allegedly for "secretly" spending money in opposition to his political ambitions, and also Jeff Bezos, whose Washington Post has editorialized against his candidacy. WASHINGTON (Reuters) - President Donald Trump on Monday nominated retired Army Colonel Douglas Macgregor, a regular commentator on Fox News Channel, to be the next U.S. ambassador to Germany.

1. Macgregor is appointed by Trump to be Amassador to Germany
2. Replacing who? Richard Grenell, who STEPPED DOWN AS TRUMP'S DIRECTOR OF (specific name not given, when we know the USA is a surveillance state, having numerous intelligencd offices, falling over each other! Consider the size of NSA!] "US Intelligence"
3. No mention of when and how Grenell jumped to Ambassador of Germany - and he left in no longer than 6 months?
Macgregor would succeed Richard Grenell, who stepped down earlier this year while serving as Trump’s acting director of U.S. national intelligence.
Macgregor, who retired from the Army in 2004, has written extensively on military force design and strategy. He has been a regular military expert on Fox anchor Tucker Carlson’s show, which Trump watches frequently.
If confirmed by the U.S. Senate, Macgregor would be in Berlin as the United States works to carry out Trump’s desire to move 9,500 U.S. troops from Germany and relocate some in Poland.

My phone blocks screenshots! I used another device and took a picture of that device's picture. All images are clumped below. I am not through with watching the film but need to get some sleep now because I have had one sleepless night after another, since my wallet, charger for my laptop, and personal notebook were stolen at Elm City Market, right in the building I live in. When I said my wallet was missing, the head cashier, a known sociopathic trouble-maker and probably has a criminal record, immediately snapped at me and said, "Get out!" She is probably the one who stole them, while I was trying to get flour they rigged to be hard to reach, as a distraction so they could steal things out of my purse! I will not step foot in there again!
