UPDATE  1December2022

.  My landlord gets their jollies by grabbing my hair out of trash, the lint filter, my hairbrush - or use hair that isn't even mine - globbing it in my electric devices to make them not work! I spent hours getting my vacuum apart and fixed it - only to return home and find they vandalized it again!

This is what they did to my fan recently: 

I placed the fan up there after the hot season, planning to get my bed lifted 2 feet more to store things like this.  The air is dirty here but I haven't even used the fan since I cleaned it last - and there was no hair in it! 150 square feet - I make due with what I got. 

I should have removed the flashlight and cleaned soup cans for recycling, etc- Oops 

Back to Superbrand - which I will delete once there is a full resolve on my bank dispute. 

Order was not complete.

They posted it was not complete and kept posting more requests to purchase! 

I stopped at 2am EST Nov 8 - They used CA time of about 11 pm on Nov7  for order placed. I closed the tab after taking pictures and realizing they were probably a Fraudulent company! 

After realizing they took the money out of my account about a half hour later, I was persistent with telling them to stop this order they created. 

By 7am, with no sleep, I was very angry! 

Five days ago: they created the order

Four days ago, after my spending a day sending them messages, calling a number thar said they were superbrand Tools, They say it's too late! They use CA time for the order; then use EST time for my request to stop it. Even still, it was within 8 hrs because I contacted them immediately when I realized they took money out of my account.  I have a 6 limit transfer and the rest I am charged for. I took a chance since they kept indicating the order wasn't processed - no order number. Yet around 7am they email me saying the order was processed! 

See this? 5am - 11/8 - telling them to cancel! They must have used CA time for this one, because it was really about 2:13am when I canceled by email. Even so, even if I'm incorrect - 

It was within 8 hr limit they nefariously claim without notification in the confirmation  - to cancel! 

My email telling them to cancel the order was about 2:30 AM, 12 hrs earlier! 

Two months later - my bank regurgitated this dispute and someone altered all the information. Representatives were telling me the bank had no information.  I said that didn't even make any sense since the rep asks me all information when they take the dispute. I also followed up by faxing them all proof by emailing it and the business I paid to fax it sent it that time as well as about a week ago because my own bank was bullying me, based obviously on one person altering my bank account notes that the Representatives rely on. 

They also changed my mailing address since I stopped getting all mail here due to their malicious tampering.

There is a  new management but some of the same people - only one which I fully trust and he's assistant manager. Family man and very considerate and NOT MANIPULATIVE. Problem solver. I am sharing some photos at the end of this blog to emphasize they continue to illegally enter and vandalize my place, which is barely regulation limit, 150 sf.

I presume one of the problems is FAKE MONEY - the value of the USD, as Corbett Report and Media Monarchy put it: is a fiat - force makes it worth anything globally. That's why they want war!

Superbrand Tools processed an unfinished order PLUS claimed I didn't  cancel in 8 hours - their secret policy! 

I canceled it in two minutes leaving them a voice-mail incase they would process an unfinished order - that's what they placed on it. 

They processed unfinished order! 

Subject line had: please cancel my order

 - I didn't even have an order number because I stopped it! They didn't give you option to cancel before finishing, so I didn't finish! 

THEIR time was 2:30 - this is rigged! 

MY time shows as 5:13am - it obviously wasn't pm! They can't respond 2 hrs EARLIER. 

This was the same email....they linked it...They wanted to make it appear that I would still make a purchase - I requested CANCELLATION.

I canceled it the second time in 5 hrs when I realized they charged my account! This is the email I found: 

I thought it was a regular saw that could be used inside. I stopped the order, looked at videos and realized I made a mistake so I told them to cancel by voice-mail,  calling their supposed 24-hr number! 

These are all my pictures....not in correct order. Blogger used to let me move my pictures around but haven't had that feature in two years.  

I thought it would be comparable to this but it's only for outdoor use, so before I closed out, I canceled. They kept posting I had not closed out yet - my order wasn't finished. 

This is when I searched for electric saws on their storefront - nothing turned up - that's why I typed the subject line PLEASE CANCEL - I had no order confirmation

The chat had no answer...I left it open after I sent this...I didn't close chat. Still, nobody replied - they obviously are made to work on a % profit basis.Maybe even illegal immigrants.  I didn't just say "please make sure" - I said more than that.

I was sent a notice that way over $1,000 furniture order was being charged to me! That's my income for a month! 

I did not purchase this furniture, I don't know who they are. I created a DM to TD Bank but Twitter removed it and said my account was blocked. And why? They are probably the ones attempting to steal from me. Your dispute dept is working on a dispute involving Superbrand Tools. TYCO faxed you a message for me yesterday. Its 11 pages. Please understand I'm trying to protect my identity on internet,  they are so aggressively dishonest oftentimes.  My ph is xxx-xxx-x131. This time I will copy my message incase Twitter does something nefarious.

Instead of replacing my dryer filter, maintenance pees in my garbage and breaks the front of the dryer so it doesn't shut. 

Cyber CRIME altered the picture. There weren't white streaks in it. 

The whitestreaks may have just been the garbage bag - I made this quickly and had to get back to my

Additionally the maintenance supervisor deficated in a zip lock bag which I place my garbage in, reusing bags rather than just throwing them out. Incase these psychopathic Technocrats alter words, I'll rephrase it: he took a dump in the trash can while the "gofer" maintenance was getting a screwdriver on the lower floor! They didn't even come prepared - and he said TWO needed to come in because he was training him. He didn't even watch, let alone talk about what the "deficator" was doing! 

He deficated in a Ziploc bag, which I use for garbage. The light wasn't on, I was just grabbing my ziploc bags to combine with my kitchen trash and throw out. One smelled horrible,  like manure! I was in a hurry because Victor wasted a lot of Mt time. 

They probably hired him because his name started with the "magic V" They branded my forehead with a V last year when they broke in.my apartment  - probably aneasthitizing me through the HVac! At least my doctor said it appeared to not damage anything. He thought it would go away but it's a Satanic Brand of some sort! 

And I'm sure the mind-controlled, Jesus told me this, "Christians" who consider four-letter words reason to hang up rather than do their jobs and resolve why you're so pissed - will "oo and ahh" the

I was in a hurry to get errands done, sickened by what they did. It's so stressful here. His urine was at the bottom of the can and smelled like urine! 

The "deficator" broke my dryer front,  removing the screw.

Somehow the illegal invaders make the soil grow mold - an obvious plan by Bill Gates to destroy food. 

The soil remains a nice healthy black in the container so I expect it's nano technology.

Update 1010/2023: After a little experimenting, I realized they were taking my sour dough starter abd pouring it on my soil!

I spent hours last night having to take everything off my bookshelf and MOVE IT BACK due to the psychopathic vandalism that moves my furniture to harm me. I fell last night, so it was the straw that broke the camel's back. 

This has to be MOVED BACK yet. They pushed my work table up towards the crate-shelves, which I use zipties to secure them.

All these shelves were moved also - to make it impossible to fully open my refrigerator now, too close to the oven, etc. 150sf isn't much of an apartment to work with. And that's why the organized crime stuck me here. Others on Section 8 have twice the space, full bedrooms. This was the Party Room. And with a washer and dryer, they could clean up after their drug use and sex escapades. 

The refrigerator door can no longer fully open because of the psychopaths that illegally enter and humor themselves. I can't even take one of my fruit drawers out to clean it anymore. They also either broke the shelf on the refrigerator  or replaced it with a broken one, using this apartment also for "spare parts" I taped it with blue tape and it still droops.  

Hopefully my words won't be altered by a hacker - or their PROGRAMMED AI, which they call "God". 

There is only ONE means of egress for emergencies. The windows are shut so you can only open them 4". They placed devices on them. WTF

CYBER CRIME - kept me fro taking a clear picture, yet I kept restarting the phone, turned off LED lights, but I know Bill Gates rigged the lettering to be weak for pictures. 

UNLAWFUL INSPECTION THE NAZI WAY - DOESN'T MATTER WHAT I MAY HAVE PLANNED. THE NAZIS ENTER WHEN THEY FEEL LIKE IT. 

As you can see, I do not have good feelings about this setup! 

I stayed home for this fake inspection, having to change plans, break an appiintment! And nobody showed! 

I did not post the same damn letter several times here! 

This was essentially "successful" because of restarting and other things to keep their ILLEGAL ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE from.working: No cited law or regulation! But they picked a brother's birthday - that brother sold my store and kept the money, violating promise to my father. Purchasing a new vehicle and having a third kid. The store/land was quit claimed to him to build his equity so he could get a business loan to purchase my father's business, which he could have sold to someone else but wanted to help his son due to an unstable marriage. My brother sabatoged him and they took the money and ran. Would never talk to me about it. I didn't even know the name of his kids even though I lived down the street from him. And Obama gave him FREE $500,000 to build his business.
