Typical corruption where I live!

1. They stole my wallet and other items out of my purse, including my personal notebook.

I typed this text but removed most of it before sending:

Hello Walter/Concierge. Can you please tell me what my number is in your system? My wallet and other items were stolen out of my purse when I was reaching for flour they made nearly impossible to get. On the lowest shelf, pushed all the way to the back. When I told the nice cashier my wallet was missing, the very rude head cashier said, "I'm going to have him return your food then! Get out of the store!" Just like that - when there were 5 - 10 people still in it shopping.

She may have been the one who stole my things.

Please let me know what my number is in your system. Every time I call, my phone seems blocked for you to answer.

2. They got my Student Loan info altered, frauding records. So I typed a 9-page letter and because my charger to my laptop was also one of the things stolen, I have to type it on this phone. I started it and it will be finished by 10pm. 11/6/2023

COMPLAINT: 1. I have been a Section 8 TENANT FOR OVER 10 YEARS. PRIMARY PROBLEMS: a. Fraudulent billing; b. Frequent illegally entries in my apartment resulting in vandalizing, theft, poisoning my food, tampering with my internet devices; c. Incidences of heavy infestations of maggots and other insects, which I have had to release cans of insecticide, and be out for 4 hours; one time I stayed in the bathroom with door closed for 4 hours. d. Remote tampering of all appliances and temperature guage. Currently, my washing machine was turned off remotely in January 2023 , after I complained maintenance relieved himself in my trashcan in the bathroom. They have done nothing to provide maintenance service ever since!

My rent amount is agreed upon by me, I sign authorization through the HAP contract. The LEGAL owner of this bldg, 360 State Street, New Haven, CT - is Bozzuto, Inc - corporate office was in Maryland along with its "New Tower Trust" financial wing, which Barack Obama released millions of dollars of FREE MONEY along with a formal stipulation of obligations which is not monitored or even on record anymore at the CLERK'S OFFICE.. This has not changed on record!

AT LEAST 3 ENTITIES HAVE USED THIS PROPERTY TO BORROW BILLIONS OF DOLLARS ON, WHICH IS ILLEGAL:

An individual by the name of Gideon --- in NYC obtained $89 BILLION loan Nov 2022 - on fake mortgages with no closings, which is impossible because ALL THREE OWE GREAT AMOUNTS OF MONEY ON SAME PROPERTY.

I PAY $198/MONTH - THAT IS WHAT I AGREED TO. This has not been changed by notifying me and requesting my signature - they just snuck in an increase to $264 and the LANDLORD has neither record of the increase, or increase which should include my signature!
The seperations below are due to CYBER CRIME.

First it said I was 220 characters over; I deleted over 220 yet it said that it was 60 characters over after that - Now my statement is all mixed up in this section below!

My Table of Contents was altered by CYBER CRIME.. I have to correct it yet.

The term Landlord means OWNER; I DELETED THE BELOW NOTE, WHICH WAS INDEPENDENTLY PLACED ON MY PHONE BY CYBER CRIME.

They deleted my complaint form because they allowed a word while I was typing, then over-rode the whole complaint. I had to submit it again.

I actually submitted it on Bozzuto on Greenfield, MD as well, so it was submitted two more times. I saved sections in my notes on my phone.

My complaint focused on the BBB perameters - they should not be asking questions like this! It is a trick question!

I just uploaded them, enlarged them! Now deleted by CYBER CRIME! - they are reappearing now...

The New Haven Housing Authority (corrupted as hell)

Had all Section 8 tenants complete TENANCY APPROVAL PACKETS - TO FRAUD RECORDS AND OBVIOUSLY TAKE ADVANTAGE BY NOT APPROVING! I refused to complete one; asked to view it. The manager said he could not print it abd could not find the packet they had for me to complete.

HOUSING IN UTAH TELLS ME SHE HAS TO WARN ME THAT I MAY NOT QUALIFY FOR SECTION 8 - WTF

UTAH IS THE SECOND LAST PLACE I WOULD WANT TO LIVE! NEW YORK IS FIRST! I TOLD HER TO STOP EMAILING ME!

Dragana LaCore was so sure she could evict me that she entered it in the system prematurely! She has no clue how to keep books! She claimed she was an accountant in Ukraine. She was probably a hooker!

So after this complaint is submitted to BBB and they transfer it to Washington DC - they use fraud to revenge me for Bozzuto - since money and power go hand in hand!
