Other side of counter was sopping wet too! I couldn't upload it because my Blogger cut me off, wouldn't let me access my own freaking blog after 3 am! I went to sleep at about 6am - this apartment is continuously VANDALIZED!

WHILE I WAS SHOPPING AT DOLLAR GENERAL, MY MOP WAS STOLEN! DIDN'T REALIZE IT UNTIL I REACHED FOR IT! I LOOKED IN MY BATHROOM INCASE IT WAS THERE, BUT IT WASN'T! I would give it to my favorite person especially if he needed a dance partner.

My comment: I see the trail is very natural. Why are you not worried about holes your horse may step in? Yvonne's horse was on terrain that was designed for riding. Yet her horse fell into a hole that it should have even seen. My impression was her terrain was vandalized. And the hole was covered as if there was no hole there. Yvonne was in a coma for a week. I didn't know about her channel until this past year. But I shared my suspicion that someone did that - even someone contracted to by a competitor - on youtube or with horse competitions . The case was not heard. The judges lied and frauded. The judges let them FAIL TO APPEAR,FAIL TO ANSWER

AND THE COURT DENIED MY TIMELY MOTION FOR DEFAULT JUDGMENT, WHICH IS DELIBERATELY CRIMINAL!

THE ATTORNEY GENERAL ADMITTED THEY FAILED TO APPEAR ON MY APPEAL OF THE FED DISTRICT COURT, WHICH TURNED MY APPLICATION FOR INJUNCTION INTO A FULL BLOWN CASE, THEN INEPTLY DISMISSED THE CASE WHEN THEY DID NOT CHANGE ANYTHING! IT WAS SCHEDULED OUT FOR HEARINGS AND A TRIAL! THAT MEANT THE JUDGE CLAIMED IT HAD MERIT TO BE HEARD. HE GRANTED MY FEE WAIVER.

The judge got pissed because I wrote the district judge, claiming I stated rught on it that it was an emergency because Storquest was stealing my possessions and auctioning some or all off! He wanted to create a dynamic that made the case moot! The auction will take place abd he didn't give a flying f*k about doing his job!

I appealed his dismissal!

The US Supreme Court stepped in to cortupt things further!

The Second Circuit Court made the appearance for defendant Superior Court of New Haven! THAT IS ILLEGAL! THEIR ASSIGNED ATTORNEY HAS TO FILE AN APPEAEANCE OR IT IS AUTOMATIC DEFAULT JUDGMENT IN MY FAVOR!

I CANNOT CALL STORQUEST - THEY HAVE MY PHONE NUMBER PROGRAMMED TO ROLL IN TO UTAH!

Next, is a letter from Housing. Completely criminal - I submitted a justified complaint; they claim they are justified to increase my rent over $100 a month because my social security was increased $44/month!

This pathetic criminal goverment bases their decisions on HATE - They hate people who abide by the law! My Social Security rate was frauded by the Obama admin also! They frauded my tax returns! They frauded my civilian pay!

Again, they make the letter so gray, it cannot be read from what i see.

I have federal poverty level income. The law specifically states that I pay 10% of the rent/fair use and value

THEY MAKE ME PAY TWICE THAT AND KEEP ADDING ON-SITE CHARGES, WHICH IS ILLEGAL!

The income calculator worksheet is illegal! It does not comply with the law as it completely spells out what to calculate - yet when one is under Title 19, they have to abide by USC 42 - I think Section 1437 - I cited it all - they do not care, they do not follow the law! Abd the US Supreme Court loojs on and says, "Good job" to the crooks!

They have to go through the housing administrator, which are corrupt as hell!

Writing about this resulted in an illegal attempt to evict me and housing refused "to get involved" when it is their freaking job! This is a section 8 contract!

I won the case and now, this pathetic landlord is repeating their crimes!

Bozzuto is the owner. NOT 360 STATE STREET, WHICH IS JUST A TAX BED! They quit claimed this $70 Billion building for $1 to SOM Living or Knox Rentals - they hide behind both skirts here. The company claimed THEY are new owners, which is fraudulent and more! That is not a legitamate purchase and nevertheless, I do not sign anything! No one does! The new "owner" has to be approved by the Section 8 administrator and the administrator is suppised to notify us. NONE OF THESE SECTION 8 TENANTS EVEN CARE ABOUT THE LAW AND THE CITY SURE AS HELL DOESN'T! To further their crimes, they requested the tenants to sign a new lease. I said NO. They are not even approved as an owner and cannot be! The mortgage is illegal abd there is no closing of the property - a requirement! There is no new lease ever with a new owner! There is only approval of the owner!

So they are back to their old tricks!

TORTURING HIM - he said he wanted the nurse to collapse his lungs, which that evil nurse did. I told him to stop, my mother told me to shut up or she would have security throw me out. POLICE JUST LAUGHED WHEN I CALLED 911! Even a minister clammed up, because he just got a lot of money to build a church.

I was hired as Y2K administrator, for Emerson-General Signal. I worked under an engineer in the company. I know exactly what you mean. On top of that, I had to have emergency gall bladder surgery. My gallstones were calcium, not fat. It was medically rigged. They wanted me to die. The chiropractor I saw for injuries from being broad-sided BY THE POLICE CHIEF'S DAUGHTER - (not the town I lived in, but one right by, which had a post office closest to me then) withheld the x-ray report! I called because he was not being straight with me!

I then made an appt with Gastro's at the local hospital/medical clinic. THEY PLAYED ALONG! THEY WOULD NOT SCHEDULE ME FOR SURGERY OR EVEN TEST ME FOR CHOLOCYSTIS, which can be fatal.

I began to cry in the ER after having a severe attack. They were telling eachother I faked it, I was not in a serious condition.

Fortunately the doctor on Call decided to do the operation. I was filled with infection! A resident doctor assured me that it was indeed an emergency.

They almost killed my father the same way.

His brother is a corrupted person, probably a CIA operative. That would be why he was so rich, having a highschool diploma.

He stole my SSN and used it for the purchase of a Mercedes Benz from Germany. Saving himself thousands of dollars in taxes and tariffs. Flatlining my credit! I wanted him arrested! The bank admitted it was my ssn, telling ME to call him. I said no, prosecute him!

I was so exhausted last night. Taking a shower to hopefully wash off any poisons from the geoengineered rain, going to sleep. I woke up a few hours later, watched a comedian I never heard of before, falling into a deep sleep a half hour - hour into the 2 hr video - woke and the video stopped playing like MISSION ACCOMPLISHED. And I was sick after this!

People all grouped together may have been stalking me in the lobby, anxiously altogether eager to enter the elevator as i was leaving! The vandals probably stole all my storquest Storage possessions and placed my court documents in here to further congest my apartment! Then lie about it to "authorities" who ate really crooked as hell, doing all they can to manipulate my life, rather than approach me and actually discuss what i have already documented! The housing authority should be closed down, they are ao damned crooked! My hearing request was ignored! I followed up and they sent a letter to my residency, fully knowing it is not where I get mail. I reminded them in the request! I told them to call me in the request! So they got TMobile to stop my autopay, stop my service, so they could claim they tried to but my number didn't work! I HAND CARRIED A FOLLOW UP REQUEST! I SAID MY NUMBER WAS CHANGED DUE TO TMOBILE FRAUD!

Did these people enter my apartment after they knew I would not be here to apply for the Rent Rebate? They did not have my permission!

They must have ramed up wifi here to further harm me!
