Thoughts On The Sun 🌞

Let's  Say,
The sun is gone -

It's  easier to regard
This quasar creature
-celebrating solar simplicity
-featuring Joy 😊

We survive
By the sun
Through strength
Through stamina
Compassionately
Shining down

We feel
For the sun's
SENSATION
Affectionately
Affects us.

We see
For the sun's
Light
Lingers
Always

Yet we can't
Look upon the sun,
Our vision
Is not strong enough
Nor would last long enough
To view
This true
Source of
Our Center of Life
Which leads
Our lives.

We have One Sun,
Radiating,
Permeating our existence
Every Instant
We are alive.

One Sun
Speaks as we "listen"
For its signs.
We find
Ourselves --
We lose
Ourselves --
For good;
Graciously our conscience
Shines when
The sun shows
Where we go.

The sun sings
Of hope as it
Springs
On Life
Silently.

This silent music of Life
Shimmers confidence
Illustriously Independent
In its ways
As our ways
Depend on its performance.

For it is

Live on --

Taking no bull
From others -

Real Life.

For that is
What you are -
Your beauty
Runs deep
As Lady Liberty;
And we
Honor you, who
Passed too soon.

Treasured -
Your metal unmeasured
Which will never rust.

You sound
Liberty
Into Trees
Which see truth.

As we rescue
We hold you
In our hearts.
You are a part
Of our efforts!

Our work
Sounds out
As trumpets
Triumphing
We don't forget
Who you are--
And your
Nobility
Lives on in us -
Not rusting,
Quietly,
Unnoticebly
Able to carry on
With strength
And restoration
Praising
Out
To branch
Out
And belong
To a bright
Purpose
Than Just Us
Which must
Be
New York Nobility.
