You are a customer! They are a service provider!

NO TRESPASSING ON YOUR DEVICES!

YouTube Has No Jurisdiction!

They provide A Service!

WHY IS THERE NOT A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT ABOUT THIS?

When you purchase a car, if anything is defective, it is the seller's responsibility to fix it!

IN FACT, THEY CANNOT TELL YOU HOW TO DRIVE

THERE ARE LAWS FOR THAT

IF YOU ABUSE EQUIPMENT,

THAT IS WHERE IT IS YOUR FAULT

IF YOU THROW YOUR PHONE AT A WALL YOU CAUSED THE DAMAGE

IF YOU TALK TO SOMEONE, THEY HAVE THE RIGHT TO

 HANG UP

BLOCK YOU

AND VICE-VERSA

NOBODY SHOULD BE STEALING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION!!!

You do not have a legal responsibility to follow guidelines! They are advice!

If a car dealer recommends that you use your backseat for passengers only - does that lock you in to a legal obligation? No!!!

YouTube's Community Guidelines are their preferences only! They have no power over our behaviour - there are already laws! THIS IS A SERVICE - NOT THEIR F*KING NAZI WORLD! WE HAVE GOVERNMENTS! WE HAVE LAWS! THEY SHOULD CITE LAWS! NOTICE THEY SAY GUIDELINES TO SAVE THEIR ASSES! I HAVE BEEN BLOCKED FROM MAKING COMMENTS ON

YOUTUBE-SERVICED

VIDEOS FOR ALMOST A YEAR NOW!

IF SOMEONE COMPLAINS, THEY HAVE TO TELL YOU WHAT THAT COMPLAINT IS! THEY DO NOT!

THAT IS UNLAWFUL! It is abuse of power!

THESE ARE OUR PROPERTIES! THEY HAVE NO RIGHT TO TRESPASS, EITHER! THEY STEAL OUR INFO, THEY HACK OUR DEVICES, THEY ALLOW OTHERS TO!

THEY ARE NOT GOVERNORS OVER OUR SELVES!

IN FACT, THEY FAIL TO GOVERN WHAT THEY ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR AS A SERVICE!

LAWS ON COMMUNICATION ALREADY EXIST! YOU ARE NOT REQUIRED TO AGREE TO ALLOW THEM TO HAVE UNLAWFUL CONTROL -AND THAT INCLUDES READING PAGES AND PAGES OF BULLSHIT WHICH ENDS WITH "WE CAN CHANGE THESE ANY TIME AT OUR PEROGATIVE"

NO THEY CANNOT! THEY HAVE NO RIGHT TO TRESPASS ON YOUR DEVICE!

SUBAPPS ARE ILLEGAL! THEY ARE SECRET APPS THEY ATTACH SO IF YOU CHOOSE NOT TO ALLOW THEM TO

ie, HAVE CONTROL OVER WHAT YOU SAY, AND CHANGE IT AT THEIR DISCRETION

THEY WILL USE SUBAPPS TO HARASS YOU!

THAT IS ILLEGAL! THEY PROVIDE A SERVICE! THE TECHNOCRACY MOTIVE IS TO

DIVIDE & CONQUER!

That is illegal!!!!!!

If you go to a laundromat, they cannot tell you how to wash your clothes! If you shrink them, that is not against the law! The only responsibility you have is not abusing THEIR equipment!

You cannot add your clothes to someone else's clothes unless they agree to it! NO TRESPASSING!

     COMMUNICATING

IN A LAUNDROMAT IS NOT THE LAUNDROMAT'S RESPONSIBILITY TO MANAGE! IT IS A PUBLIC PLACE!

If you harass someone or someone harasses you, that has nothing to do with the laundromat - it is a police matter, aka harassment, breach of peace, etc! They can only prevent such matters by separating people! On internet you should always have the power to block people and companies!

Ads that interrupt people's sentences are rude, harassment! Ads should have limits like commercials on TV did. They sponsor the videomaker, not the ones who watch! Wake up! What they do is unlawful Trade Practices and much worse! They have no legal right over you as a person!

YOUTUBE HAS NO JURISDICTION OVER US! SAY THAT THREE TIMES REALLY FAST! THEY PROVIDE A SERVICE. WE ARE THE CUSTOMER!  LAWS ON SLANDER, FRAUD, ETC  ALREADY EXIST! THIS IS NOT ANOTHER WORLD! WE HAVE THE SAME COUNTRY! Same world!  INTERNATIONAL LAW CANNOT BE WRITTEN BY THEM! THESE ARE OUR DEVICES - OUR PHONES - OUR COMPUTERS!

THEIR NAZI WORLD HAS NO VALUE TO US!
