Dear Sir or Madame:
Over ten years ago I applied for Dischsrge of student loans for the following reasons:
1. First School, attended one semester; school refused to address any student issues claiming "You have an ACCELERATED PROGRAM".
a) My argument was YOU GET FEDERAL FUNDING AND ARE OBLIGATED TO ABIDE BY EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL.
b) I have rights: A teacher abusing me abd another class being defective are significant matters.
c) THERE WAS NO SOLUTION, SO I TRANSFERRED
2. Second School, attended not even one semester! I was illicitly forced out with no reason except, "Your Chinese teacher told us to", and that was an outright lie. I went back to the school.campus the following Monday and had a discussion with my teacher. He assured me that he did nothing of the sort. I said I was sure that was the case, and the administration was being abusive to me. Dr. Wu's door was open while we were conversing andca woman - employee walked by with a smurk on her face - obviously going to

the Judicial Affairs Office and telling him that I was there. They called campus police who ordered me off campus. Though I sent large packets in detail, citing laws as well as the school regulations, demanding a hearing, THEY REFUSED A HEARING.
3. Thereafter, the FAKE Sandy Hook Elementary School Shooting occurred. All people they claimed worked there were alumni of this same school, Southern CT State Univ - Nobody died. Adam Lanza was not even a real person. Police reported his pocket had the ID of his "brother" in New Jersey. This fraud scheme was lead by Barack Obama, CIA, and certain FBI agents. There was only one real child out of the acclaimed children who died. That child is still alive. All children who participated were told it was a drill - similar to what the plane passengers on September 11 were told. All calls were pre-recorded. Only voicemails were left for family members - no direct talking!
4. My original application was made directly to the Dept of Education. Yet I got no response. I called and called. Over two years went by, during which time a man in front of me while boarding the train, attemoted to kill me using likely WD-40 silicone, secretly concealed and sprayed it on the floor. THEN HE WATCHED. Fortunately I had hold of the handrail, which obviously disappointed him. He never offered to help, did not reach out as a human being to help. He just watched and a woman yelled for the conductor. Meantime, that man still stood there watching like an arsenist. I had a severely torn, grade 4, hamstring tear which the ER doctor refused to treat AFTER I WAS TRANSPORTED BY AMBULANCE. I suffered greatly from this yet I did not die as they hoped.
5. There most certainly is an underworld of organized crime!
6. On August 11, a letter was sent to me telling me my loans were discharged. There was only ONE APPLICATION I submitted to SEVERAL ENTITIES, SUBMITTING THE SAME THING: To Dept of Ed, Nelnet, and offices in Pennsylvania including FAFSA. I still got no resolution.
7. A "Yes, We Can" type of response has no merit!
8. Finally, afterv10 years, due to non-cooperating schools - even fraudulent schools - my lians were discharged! I would have preferred to complete schooling and obtain a degree yet these crooked administrations would have nothing of the sort in adjusting wrongful charges and abusing power. I did not even have an advisor at the second school! They assigned me an advisor whose

scheduling was inconsistent with mine and he had no free time. I then requested another advisor! The same situation occurred and the school was well aware of my disatisfaction with their assignment of advisors. I requested another advisor again - and before I got one they illegally forced me on an ambulance with no commitment order, no incident, and while I was transported the paramedics said themselves that it was crazy what they did. I was discharged by the Director in the morning the following day. He said the whole situation made no sense. Yet unfortunately, they made me wait three hours for the paperwork to be completed. The hospital falsified records, indicating that I drove there in my own vehicle. I do not even have a vehicle on the road!
9. These horrible experiences were emphasized, as well as more information ALL IN ONE COMPLAINT; ALL IN ONE APPLICATION FOR DISCHARGE. AT NO POINT DID THEY SPLIT MY RECORD UP - OVER TEN YEARS! IN FACT, due to receiving the first letter in August, and a second in October - which was just after I submitted a BBB complaint on my landlord, Bozzuto, Inc. - I got this letter claiming I owed $296/month for 119 months for not even completing one semester due to erroneously being removed from campus and completion of a semester of ACCELERATED BUSINESS PROGRAM, federally-funded and haphazardly administered.
10. I live in a very corrupted state. They get away with it because they have corrupted ties in Washington, DC. Necertheless, businesses are being shut down, the largest was ENRON.
11. This letter of October 16 was generated to help the Bozzuto fraud!
12. Had your offices actually split up my application, then I should have logically been notified! At the least, indicated in the letter. The first letter indicated I received a letter from the Dept. Of Ed; no I did not and I request a copy of that letter, though I realize one may be drawn up and records will be frauded.
13. Upon reading the first letter sent to me August 11, 2023, I was under the impression it was a form letter and some of the jargon which made no sense was because of that.
14. My loans were combined at one point. There was nothing due for being illicitly kicked out of school just because the administration targeted me to appease dishonest politicians like Richard Blumenthal and the governor - who stood side by side with the crooked CLINTON FOUNDATION, which was engaged in

child trafficking (involving paedophelia, rape, kidnapping) and so much racketeering it makes one's head spin. This is a big reason why the mayor of Waterbury, CT - Phil Giordano - staved off tge FBI from investigating his office, which was so filled with proof that even he and his band of career crooks could not remove all evidence. After two or three years of persistence, the FBI was finally able to get a warrant and STILL found proof that Phil Giordano raped and molested children in that office!
[Note, the current Secretary of Dept of Ed, is from Connecticut, and his last name is CORDANO - no doubt he is a Freemason/Iluminati . He was principle of a school for disabled children, including AUTISM. They described FAKE Adam Lanza as being autistic! And what did the NAZIS do to disabled children? They were mass-murdered! NAZIS CONDONED ALL SEX CRIMES!]
Most likely elsewhere also! He was sentenced to life in prison, reduced to 37 years in 2007. A month after being sentenced after he appealed, instead of going to prison, he waz seated as the CEO of CIGNA - the highest paid executive job in Connecticut, with over $1 million salary, which the technocrats recently covered up as shares in stock! He uses the name DAN/DAVID CORDANI. The Dept of Ed Secretary is Muguel CARDONA (from CT). They like to mix things up and if names are the same theTECHNOCRACY can say Cardona went to this event, but oh no, let's change it to Cordani, it is easy to do...etc! The proofs, the footprints are printed, documented! There is a problem with conveniently destroying documents such as for BILL CLINTON - he got Janet Reno to transfer all Washington DC investigations to Oklahoma, and had CIA bomb the building lobby with the intent to kill as many people as possible as a distraction, convincing Timothy McVay that they would pay him off for being a stooge - when in fact, they really allowed him to be executed because it was easier to get rid of him as exculpatory evidence. In other words, they did nit think they could rely on him keeping his mouth shut about it. That is why they murdered Lee Harvey Oswald - who discovered why the CIA ordered him to kill p olice officer Tippet in Dallas, TX - because he looked like President Kennedy. He would have made a great actor in a movie playing the part of JFK, but no, everything is about terrorizing when it comes to the CIA! They convinced Lee Harvey Oswald, who enhoyed living in Russia, had a Russian wife, to come to USA, for this assignment! He was an expert marksman, having served in Vietnam and totally burned out from being aware of the government corruption, which is why he went to Russia. In essence, he was a patriot, tired of the government run by traitors!
15. This second letter is 100% FRAUD. All to appease corruption, which relies on the same criminal monetary feeding - to make the rich richer, when they do not earn a penny. They don't make, they take! I attended the first school for one semester!

17. I created complaints and tweeted them to the Dept of Ed, as well as sentbletter after letter! Betsy Devos was an absolute bafoon as Secretary of Dept of Education. Yet she visited the Bozzutos and was obviously friends with them. She and her husband were here at this building one day - and rigged it to cross the street when I was crossing. They did not wait for the light to turn, and I joked that I may as well join their j-walking. Betsy Devos said to her husband AT THAT POINT, SO I COULD HEAR HER, "She talks like a child!" The last thing Mrs. Devos understands is about children. I had my run with that crooked Amway company and because they got my brother to sell for them after that (both times referred by my sister because she said, "THEY ARE CHRISTIANS") they enjoyed social engineering my brother, along with others he became loyal to, even though he was my kid brother and I thought I could depend on him. He got my business in a quit claim and promised my father he would give him the money from the sale, since he profited in boosting his equity for a higher business loan. But he jipped my father and my father had to sell his home, intended for his retirement, only giving me $10,000 yet literally losing his home to give that to me, never even complaining, and yet very hurt my brother sabatoged him - as well as me. And that brother was anxious for Dad to die, to cover EVERYTHING Up. In fact, my siblings sided with the pedophile priest who

obviously poisoned my father with arsenic and had I not checked on him by calling, I would not have known he was hemhorraging badly and that priest refused to call an ambulance abd also refused to take him to the hospital. He had my father's Medicare changed to NO HOSPITAL COVERAGE. I called Medicare and found out! They corrected ut. My father had three transfusions. I had called him and they went to his home. My sublings resented my leaving my job to take care of Dad, when THEY should have gone down. THEY ran him out of town, packing his vehicle!

18. I was trying to make something good out of a very bad situation living in this corrupted state of Connecticut, without having money to leave! I never wanted to come to rhe East Coast - it is rittled with corription, and my life has alwsys been targeted by organized crime after telling a sex stalker he was a pig and leave me alone - I was almost murdered after that! The town sander truck was filled with sand by the employee after finishing one shift and working a double. The attorney who took my case with my mother's authorization (Frederick Kendall) was brother to Attorbey Donald Kebdall, who hired a hit man to murder the President of Chile just because he refused to sell Pepsi in his country! My father told me! My father wanted to help me with the lawsuit but that attorney was getting him a lot of business fir his flooring/carpet cleaning business, which he later sold to my younger brother after his wife cheated on him and my brother wanted to keep the marriage working. This stabilized their marriage, hopefully but my brother made a number of corrupted actions which impressed his fake mentor, who was his best man at his wedding, even after I told him that he asked me to have sex with him qhile his girlfriend, a kindergarten teacher, said he fathered her child. I said No abd walked away. The payback was my brother arranging for me to attend the same business school, which tgeybclaimedcwas accredited but was not, forcing me to stay in a building he assured me was safe and comfortable - when hookers lived there and there were three murders there while I was there that one semester! But the school gave me high grades and hoped to push me into being a hooker at the same time! After all, my icecream/fast food business was called THE SHACK, I named it that because the lical.kids named it that. I sold it, being debt-free.

I did not want to sell it, but my mother took my job from me! I was supposed to return as housekeeper-cook in the winter but the priest fired me and hired my mother, obviously to apoease crooked people in town! He promised that job to me. Instead, he walked into my store and said I did not fit in that town and I should leave!
19. My mother had that job long enough to get what she wanted, disrupt the hell out of my life and she then quit, complaining hereafter that I don't visit her to keep the dagger in! Not caring one bit about my struggles and deliberate lack of support by my family. My father was stuck, remained neutral, because his retirement was not what he hoped for and getting worse by the day. He did not deserve that. He worked very hard for the family, set up a very nice profiting business for my kid brother, who also got $500,000 FREE GOVT MONEY FRO.M BARACK OBAMA, no doubt as the organized crime decided that the redisrribution of wealth goes to those who prove they can sabatoge, qualify. My brother had nothing to do with me at that school, which gave him a hefty credit on his bill, rewarding him for getting me there.
20. This letter is not drafted and edited, etc. It is what it is. I have had it with the corruption in my life, in this country!
21. I owe nothing for school lians! My transfer from the other school was accepted; I was a matriculated student at the second school and had good rapport with the ones who processed me; who were in fact told thereafter to not speak to me because the filfthy rich and corrupted had other plans, targeting me and plotting and planning the fake SANDY HOOK SHOOTING as well as the WEAPONIZED WEATHER Hurricane SANDY a month before that. THEY FRAME THEMSELVES WITH THOSE NAMES!
22. Sexual assault is commonplace by the underworld! They bteak in their finest sex slaves that way! Jeffrey Epstein made that a living! Racketeering the Central Bank System was a cynch, since he was surrounded with people who did the same his whole life!

My father was forced to die, and my brother bragged that he lied to me about coming down to help me get Dadin a decent nursing home; to make Dad die because "He is not useful to us anymore and he WOULD want it that way". Most likely he pulled that with me when I was in ICU after the SANDER truck driver was unsucxessful in murdering me! I screamed out my brother's name in ICU, which caused people to run to the room and my brother claimed I was calling out for a boyfriend (who I broke up with) and had my mother calling around to find out where he was and claiming "this may be the last time you see her". The same brother asked me how much money I was going to give him wgen the lawsuit was settled! I was sabatoged by the attorney, a Freemason, after I was sexually assaulted by a Freemason! And I was sexually assaulted after that in a few circumstances - because my life is targeted by ORGANIZED CRIME.
25. Bozzutos even got the Housing Authority to further weaponize their jobs by getting all OTHER Section 8 tenants here to complete APPLICATION FOR TENANCY packets. I said, WTF, we are already tenants! The one who needs approval is the so-called "new owner" who is not the new owner, I checked the records! They are just drawing fake loans from the property! They are frauds! The system is so wrapped up in ORGANIZED CRIME, they do nor care!

Most likely the major who hired me entered MY duties as HER accimplishments, such as awards processing and personnel processing rhat required a security clearance for GS-6 positions but so what. I was their slave abd "part of the family". I found out my uncle used my social security number when he purchased a second luxury car, for his wife, who I always knew as "Aunt Dody" forgetting her name was Anna Bradley. (My uncle probably coaxed my father to name me after her, having Freemason/Illuminati alterior motives wgen I was born!) They did not even need another car. She was home most of the time. I could not get a needed furniture loan for my apartment because of my uncle frauding. I told the bank to have him arrested! Tgey said, No, call your uncle. I said, Why? I had no idea he was doing this and he harmed me for the last time! The CIA are spineless war-inciters, that is all they are!
