Why there are three blogposts on this, is a puzzle to me. Nevertheless, this one is the final one, submitted - WITH NO ACTION BY T-MOBILE, NO ACTION BY BBB!

      Something changed what I said already....

Note, this response is referred by me as needing to be revised, yet I was giving it immediate attention, upon reading the T-Mobile response for the first time. Neither T-Mobile or BBB notified my phone that they had responded.  The BBB clearly knew I had no wifi in my apartment, though I had it for 10 years. The landlord took it out. Yet my Section 8 neighbor is obviously accessing it - probably through the "maintenance guest" account. I have no issues with her; she was the one who told me that wifi was accessible on this floor years ago - after telling her the landlord vandalized my apartment all the time including stealing my AT&T router, replacing it with a broken router, and getting a dishonest person to alter records at AT&T/aka Frontier as if it was always like that.

She, my neighbor, is being used by the landlord now, so I distance myself. She says what is scripted. She was born with cerebral palsy. It isn't fair to use her. I don't feed into it. She doesn't really understand the corruption. 

FACT: MY APARTMENT IS FREQUENTLY VANDALIZED WHEN I AM NOT HERE. 

They intimidate that disabled neighbor, which is abusive,  so she won't talk to me and frankly, this place is so poorly mismanaged, I don't care. It is a horrible experience to be here!

So they steal all my internet devices, to alter/fraud and more! 

Note, my devices were put back in my apartment by someone. There is nothing missing, no damage that I see. 

Here it is, not even 9am, but since they know I am on my device, I get called from an unk number, which no doubt will NOT reflect my rights to anything! It is not even within business hours! As it turns out, this is a message from BBB in CT - which encouraged me to file my complaint with them, yet now I get a "It's not our job" message - 

     "you have to call 212-431-2222"

      I am not so stupid! I sent that office an email and nobody will do anything,

- most likely dictated by corrupt economic entities like GREATER NEW HAVEN CHAMBER OF COMMERCE - since a business that practices within a state is LEGALLY BOUND TO BE ACCOUNTABLE WITHIN THAT STATE, and abide by state laws.  

BUT LAWS DON'T MATTER. THEY SWITCH DESCRIBING USA AS NO LONGER A GOVERNMENT, BUT A CORPORATION, AND MANY SWALLIW IT HOOK, LINE, AND SINKER EVEN THOUGH IT MAKES NO SENSE AT ALL! 

There are some YouTube videos regarding corrupted practices by T-Mobile - which, btw, Obama used to step in and claim as a deviation, "If it wasn't for that experience, he/she would not be famous" WTF! He used that time again! A CIA trick!  Obama and GHW Bush AND Bill and Hillary Clinton were CIA agents! Literally getting away with murder and so much corruption! GW Bush, et al were operatives!

Yesterday, the BBB, Cromwell Office posted ON INTERNET its hours as 9-2, when I looked it up. I still called after that, since 

I missed my 3:30 dental appt because I was told to wait for it in the wrong location, or there was a misunderstanding. I can't recall what dentist I saw then. I have a good dentist now, finally. 

It was between 3:30 and 4:00 when I called BBB, leaving a message 

Even though it was 8:39 am when my phone rang, it is altered to 8:52 by the corrupted, programmed AI by TECHNOCRACY. / CORRECTION, IT DID SHOW 8:39, THE WRONG PICTURE UPLOADED AND I DID NOT NOTICE. 

Header info of the voicemail indicates 8:40 am - WTF 

Correction, the time showing  was 8:39 - the wrong picture uploaded.

T-Mobile reinstated auto pay (which was erroneously stopped) April 2023.

They erroneously stopped it because I paid my bill three weeks early to pay bills first week of the month. My dental insurance is not set up as I requested. They alligned with T-Mobile. I try to remember to pay it ahead the first week of the month but I have been so overwhelmed with abuse that it slips my mind. 

T-Mobile still manipulates my phone. They keep putting Scam Shield app on it - no doubt to invade, not shield! I uninstalled it again today. I tried to remove all T-Mobile apps yet they are locked on my phone, which I consider at the least, UNFAIR TRSDE PRACTICES. 

Autopay was set at $75.54. CYBER CRIME ALTERED THE AMOUNT TO EQUAL WHAT IS PAID FOR MY DENTAL INSURANCE! THE ACTUAL AMOUNT WAS ...

They issued me a credit and charged me $44.97 in May, telling me my bill was now due the first week of the month, acknowledging my early payments and T-Mobile's District Manager abusively taking me off autopay and charging me $15 × 3 sim cards! A $45 PENALTY for paying early is deliberate abuse. My bank rep agreed. It was after that, when T-Mobile set the autopay up for the firstweek of the month.

...SET AS MONTHLY AUTOPAY BY T-MOBILE! SEE MY RESPONSE TO T-Mobile! Link is above on this blogpost! They had the audacity to claim they took the liberty of removing autopay - yet further frauded by refusing to process my payment that month AND the next month,capture $207.39 out of my bank account, claiming that was the new autopay! I got my money back, from this fraud!

Autopay was processed In April. Yet in June, T-Mobile stopped autopay and REFUSED TO PROCESS MY PAYMENT. I Went to two stores. They, too refused to process my payment. I told them I was getting a different service. I got a different sevice and T-Mobile cut off my service before I could get my sim card in the mail. I had to go to Best Buy. T-Mobile was very aware I no longer had their sim card in my phone! I found out they were now primary or secondary owners of the service I retained, Mint Mobile.

My bank knew TMobile stopped my autopay. They assured me that TMobile could no longer capture any more money, knowing I switched carriers.

$207.39 was taken out of my acct by TMobile in AUGUST 2023. My bank got it back from TMobile, responding to their letter, fully understanding I no longer do business with them as of approx June 20, when I went to Best Buy to get a sim card since TMobile jeapardized my safety.  TMobile thereafter charged me $565.11, claiming "autopay was not successful" on August 11, 2023! The bill was completely FRAUDULENT. CHARGING ME: $392.75 No it was NOT 392.75! It was $565.11!!! They f*king enter my apartment and steal documents along with vandalize and steal my possessions! as balance due, $80 additional for "plans", $31.25 for "equipment" $51.54 for RESTORING LINE THEY NEFARIOUSLY TURNED OFF, REFUSING TO PROCESS MY AUTOPAY ON THE PHONE AND IN PERSON AT THE ORANGE, CT AND NORTH HAVEN, CT STORES.
THEY ALSO REFUSED TO PROVIDE ME A TRANSFER PIN SO I COULD RETAIN THE SAME NUMBER! THEY OBVIOUSLY KNEW I HAD A DIFFERENT SERVICE! I TOLD THEM ALSO! See my response to their response - WHICH BBB FAILED TO NOTIFY ME OF SO THEY CAN F*K ME OVER AND SAY YOU SNOOZE, YOU LOSE AFTER 7 DAYS! 

I was literally attacked by an EMF, obviously caused by TMobile - melting my shoe and causing me to smash my knee on the sidewalk with my phone in that hand! I could not get this repaired because I got a new service, stopped TMobile just a few weeks before that! I am disabled from being hit head on by a 20ton truck, cheated by an attorney! Hospitalized 3 1/2 months! Both knees are disabled.

My bank sent T-Mobile a letter regarding a fraudulent snatch-and-grab of my money - since they fraudulently stopped autopay

Mirroring what Storquest did to me, obviously to teach me a lesson that laws mean shit to them and too bad! 

    Storquest stopped MY autopay, adding a fraudulent insurance charge! Then they terminated my lease of 9+ years! Stealing my possessions! And T-Mobile had to teach me a "Tough Shit" lesson by doing the same damn thing - 

with Bozzuto in the background adding more to the corruption, including their continuing to illegally enter, steal, and vandalize my apartment! 

They stole my wallet, laptop charger, and personal notebook this past Thursday when stupid me went to their store to get groceries! They rigged it so I had to reach way back on the bottom shelf for flour! I did not have sight of my purse! Most likely they disabled their security camera! Bozzutos spy on tenants accessing the video cams via internet! They saw me going there and called them and told them to do it, with a head cashier who most likely has a criminal record, she is that inhuman! I told the cashier to hold on, my wallet was missing. Immediately that beotch of a head cashier walks over, disappointed that he did not ring me up so she could further exploit me, and snapped at me, "Get out!" 

That pretty much reflected she was involved with stealing my things - and probably they have x-ray knowledge on what is in your purse so they can decide what items to steal! 

No one called me to let me know my wallet, my laptop charger, and my PERSONAL notebook were "found" even though my ID-driver's license, social security card, and more including important receipts, was all in the wallet! 

They have been illegally entering, vandalizing, stealing, and poisoning in my apartment for years! When Dione, the maintenance manager,  left, all things really went to hell! 

Consider how much the technocracy TRESPASS OUR DEVICES - NO RESPECT FOR US OR THE LAW! 

T-Mobile obviously admitted to my bank that it was wrong for them to take my money! Here they stopped my autopay over a month before that! 

Fraudulent billing claiming almost $400 was due - when they already stopped my autopay and closed my account! 

NOTE! AUGUST 11 IS WHEN THE LETTER FROM TENESSEE WAS MAILED TO ME, STATING ALL MY STUDENT LOANS WERE DISCHARGED - I RETAINED A SECRET COPY BECAUSE I KNEW THESE BASTARDS WILL STEAL THE ORIGINAL AT SOME POINT! 

I find it no coincidence that these psychopaths used the same date! 

UPDATE 10/14/2023 

Yesterday, I got this backdated letter of 10/2/2023: 

1.  It was obviously "thrown together" since I filed a BBB complaint on T-Mobile - because they claim I owe them $565!!! 

2. They fraudulently stopped my autopay! They closed my service! They refused to process my payment!  It jeopardized my safety! I had no other recourse than to get another service. 

3. Three months later, Assurant sends me this letter = WTF. 

4. I called them to see if they would give me a phone replacement since my phone is damaged. 

5.  THEY REFUSED! THEY SAID I HAD TO BE A T-MOBILE CUSTOMER...

     YET CLAIMED THEY ARE SEPARATE FROM T-MOBILE, FULLY KNOWING THIS IS THE SAME PHONE INSURED. 

      THEY SAID, "BECAUSE YOU HAVE A DIFFERENT PHONE NUMBER"...

      I COULD HAVE REQUESTED A DIFFERENT PHONE NUMBER BY T-MOBILE! 

6. I ASKED WHY THEY SENT ME A LETTER 3 MONTHS AFTER T-MOBILE STOPPED MY SERVICE. NO ANSWER TO THAT QUESTION!

Once again, TMobile sends me a FAKE MESSAGE - I requested the pin to transfer my number in June! They refused on the phone even though I called several times. They also refused in person, when I went to two different stores, with the manager actually threatening to call police if I didn't leave! Very abusive! Refusing to process my autopay also! He had to protect corruption! 

I got a new number, which was a great upset for me at that time, but I needed my security! They stopped my autopay, refused to process it, and then turned off my service! 

Last night I was tired, overwhelmed -from working on a response which I was not even notified on my phone was received, regarding a BBB complaint on T-Mobile. I posted that response on PubliusRoots.org -

THE JUDGE, CORDANI, HAD SAME LAST NAME WHICH FUGITIVE FROM JUSTICE, PHIL GIORDANO (PEDOPHILE-RAPIST) TOOK WHEN HE WAS MADE CEO OF CIGNA A MONTH AFTER HE WAS SENTENCED

THE FISCAL VALUE WAS IN EXCESS OF $1,000; THE DATA STOLEN IS PRICELESS! 

THIS OCCURRED IN THE LOBBY WHERE I LIVE LAST NIGHT, WHEN I WAS PICKING UP THE PRINTED LEDGER!

T-Mobile hijacked my two MINT MOBILE cards! 

I have been on the phone since 9:15 am - it is 2:29 pm and they STILL HAVE NOT ISSUED CARD REPLACEMENTS! 

A TEN-MINUTE JOB! I CANNOT EVEN PUT THE MINT MOBILE APP ON EITHER DEVICE! THIS IS FREAKING CYBER CRIME! 

THEY SAY THEY ARE T-MOBILE SERVICE! NOT MINT MOBILE! 

I can't upload now, my phone is being hacked and blocking the upload! I have been on the phone with freaking Mint Mobile for almost 6 hrs to get replacement cards! TMobile disconnects the calls and I call back call back call back! Now, this 2 hr call just stopped while I am being hacked on my blog!
