Mr. Peernock declared NOT GUILTY, CASE WITHOUT MERIT. THEREFORE, FURTHER PLEADINGS  CANNOT BE HEARD UNTIL THE DAMN  CASE IS ESTABLISHED! THAT MEANS the defendant has a f*king right to respond, to even not plea! Most likely his attorney tricked him to plea, which is an assumed affirmation that the case has merit! Did his attorney MOTION TO DISMISS? MOTION FOR HEARING ON THE LONG FORM?
       According to Wikipedia, Mr. Peernock was determined mentally competent yet was abused obviously by SEVERAL competency exams - when in fact the court is supposed to have just one - and his attorney was working against him.
HIS RULING AS COMPETENT REFLECTED HE HAD A RIGHT TO FIRE THE ATTORNEY YET THE COURT BROKE THE LAW BY NOT ALLOWING THAT.

    NO DOUBT Mr. Peernock was considered an interference with their corruption in Los Angeles and elsewhere! My relative became a police commander in that area. All of the sudden he left! I could not find out why. Yet years later I was able to access a college library's subscription online and found out his office was embezzling money! He divorced his second wife, a police officer,  and married an accountant - my impression is that looked good for him! I did not know where he was or what he was doing, except the educational system gave him opportunity to get a PhD on Public Service. His dissertation made no sense and certainly lacked a structure of right and wrong. Nothing was wrong.Someone hacked that in - obviously to undue what was said! 

Corruption does hit home to me. I was brought up to live lawfully despite corrupted elites abusing power and being above the law just because they were in pay to play schemes.

Now I find out that Mr. Peernock died in his 80's in prison, during the fake COVID PANDEMIC. WTF. DEATH RATES WERE NOT EVEN HIGHER THAN BIRTH RATES. Source: macrotrends.net

They murdered his beloved wife of 20 years, then frame him - just as what occurred with a minister in Alabama! His wife was beaten by hired thugs. Motive was probably her life insurance and get rid of him - he was probably uncovering corruption. They frame their narcissistic selves, in my opinion.

      a.   Prosecutors agreed with Peernock’s attorney to seek life in prison without parole rather than the death penalty so that the case could quickly move to trial.
